Don't buy taps there at all!!
Be very careful when purchasing from this company. Their stock is worse than stuff you get from Temu. 3 minth old taps that cost an absolute fortune are already peeling. Yes the "paint" is peeling off of them. Will try post photos in the comments. We have emailed and called and they don't acknowledge our complaint at all. Rather buy from Temu, I thibk their quality is actually better.

Amazing Service
Rulof was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He explained the while process, answered any of the questions we had and made selling our car way easier than we thought it would be :) Thank you Rulof for your incredible service.

Shocking customer service
Absolutely no regard for their customers. After sales service from their Fourways branch is zero. We call and get told to come in as tech support is here and can assist. Lies. They don't assist. Nompumelelo Naledzani Janine All 3 have zero customer service.

No refund, No stock delivered?
Theyvdidnt have the stock after saying they did when ordering and now for 3 weeks we have been asking for a refund only to get the same stupid email over and over stating they will for up, it was processed "today" they will follow up, over and over again. Hugely frustrating. No product delivered, no refund... I classify that as Robery? Perhaps I could get a response here... very frustrating

DO NOT USE MATRIX EVER! DAYLIGHT ROBBERS.
Jan Boshhoff, SHane, Ruan, Myrn. The WORST PEOPLE EVER! You take in your pc to Matrix and ask them to check settings on a graphics card, they proceed to OPEN THE PC, AND GRAPHICS CARD, insert some paste, put it back together with pieces of cardboard, when reviewing the footage and taking it up with the "DIRCTORS", they say SHAME!!!!! Absolute robbery! "Change the settings was the job card" - but yet they go and BLOW THE GRAPHICS CARD but manipulating it and putting in items and it should not have been touched! DO NOT USE MATRIX EVER!!!

The worst ever!
I will never recommend anyone to use wish.com. I have 4 undelivered items and when contacting support I get the same computer generated messages over and over. Absolutely pathetic.
