Did not keep promises. Never arrived as agreed, due to threatening rain forecasts. But it would rain for only 30 min. I later came to the conclusion that he preferred doing other jobs, rather than mine. I am now battling to get back the items he bought and subtracted from my deposit.
Very enjoyable stay. Breakfast at the Kingfisher restaurant was superb as well as the game drive. Close to Pretoria and Johannesburg - ideal for a weekend getaway.
I have been driving HONDA'S for roughly 20 years. I bought a new Honda HRV from Honda Hatfield 2 years ago. I took it for its 30 000 km service on the 4th of September 2017.They asked me whether there was anything specific wrong, and I said nothing specifically. When I fetched the car the next day all the break lights came on. I phoned Jan Niewoudt who came to drive the car and he said it keeps going into sleep mode for some reason. He took the car back to the workshop to test what was going on. It is now 8 days that they have the car, but there is still no feedback on what is wrong. As I am an agent and I need safe transport. I asked if HONDA Hatfield could help me with another car in the meantime. But this has to be approved by Honda SA. When I phoned their customer care at head office, the lady told me that they could not help me until a diagnosis could be made. Even if it takes them 3 years, they could still not help me. The car is under guarantee and there is evidently some computer problem that was not there before the service, but they still refuse to help me with alternative transport while they are trying to figure out the diagnosis. This is bad service.
