problem not solved
i went to sizakala office in verulam to do a new log book, because my late dad lost the old logg book, the new logg book is going to be on my mum's name, which everything was submitted so i had to wait for 6 to 8 weeks to be called once it done but no one called me, that was on the 25/01/2017, i was assisted by phumzile dladla, i went to check since no one called me on the 08/05/2017 which i was told that the id number on the forms wasn't clear when they scanned the documents to pietermarizburg therefore its not yet done, and no one tried to call me and advised me of that in the 4 to 5 months that i waited only when i went and checked my self its not done. So i asked to speak to a supervisor whom apologized, advised it will be sent through the supervisor name is Cecilia gcaba whom gave me 031 - ********** /0 number to call but no one answers this number and no one again has given feedback till today im still waiting its been 9 months no joy from municipality with my new logg book, registration number of the vehicle: BGD357L, Licence number: NJ13206 . my name is sthembiso mthethwa ********** 467

fraud account
apparently im owing foshini but ive never opened an account with them, went to foschini store in bridge city Durban lady assisted by calling fraud department whom they advise that i will need to bring affidavit and my id copy stating that iver open an account with i did, i then received a REF no: F ********** 1 via sms that was on the 12 May 2017 and i was advised will be contacted but till today no one has contacted me to advise him of the status of the account that i havent opened, which is affecting my credit record ive checked my self of credit score and it still shows that i have account with foschini and its has an amount outstanding on the sms contact number: (021) ********** was given but when i phone this number it rings and then it says sorry number is not working press the extension you want to be transferred too. this really bad i needed it sorted out, i cannot be inconvenienced by following up while ive given them all that was required by me and after that nothing is be done. my name is nonkululeko mthethwa contact number: ********** 905 email: **********
