I have reported the situation of the failure of FNB. A consultant from the recovery department contacted me and started to deal with the situation. Will resolvìng the situation they failed to notify their attorney that they hand my account over and I was served with section 129 notice from their attorneys after FNB called me and emailed with regards to the resolution. FNB has failed their clients. When I called their attorneys they said that they were not advised by Fnb to stop with legal action . This is very unprofessional for a huge bank to do . I suggest to people not to deal with FNB as they wont help you
They were handling the Fnb account. After sending them the response from FNB RESOLUTIONS department they continued to send me thrething emails. The consultants who call call us for payment have cold hearts and no customer relation. I got a call from a male consultant who was extremely rude with me. I made arrangements to pay but could not make payment. I told him I want to settle the account and I always answer their calls as I am not hiding. His answer to mess so how does that help us. That was rude . So I told him come to my house and take my food to pay the debt. I asked to speak to the supervisor and he refused. Its people like this that makes your company a deplorable company to deal with.
I was a private banker from 2013 to 2016 as l was earning very well. In 2917 I lost my job and asked fnb to close the account. 2 years later i get a call from fnb attorneys stating I am owing R10000 in fees I refused to pay.this year I get call stating that I am owing R17000 in fees. Nobody wants to listen... I will be going to the banking ombudsman. As a private banker I should have got a call within 6 months when there was no transaction on the action. Or they should have closed the account like other banks. If there was a lower score I will give that ad they dint deserve even a 1
The consultants that call are insensitive and rude. Instead of helping you sort your payments out they insult you. Very rude group of individuals as I experienced twice this morning
