I have been having issues with my meter for the past 3 weeks. I have been sending emails and trying to call Lesira Teq but there's absolutely no customer care there. I got 1 response from Edwin over a week ago instructing the team to assist but nothing. When I call, it always says the person on that extension is on the phone. Can someone please assist me here. I haven't had water in over a week.
Sanlam has left me hanging after a potion of my money from them. They are not even bothering to communicate after i sent them an email. They are making me feel like I'm borrowing this monkey and its actually my money.
My car got bumped in the parking lot and the other driver just drove off. I submitted my claim and Kgomotso was just awesome with helping me get the authorization. I was so scared because I heard stories of insurances refusing to pay claims, but Miway did my way and approved. Thank you so much!!
The service I received was good. The only thing I'm not happy about was that they couldn't reduce my access. But overall I'm happy with the policy.
