Use Clicks for medication, their dispensing fees per medication and cost all over is A LOT cheaper than Dischem (their total dispensing fees amount to between 10-15% of the total product whereas clicks’ dispensing fees per item don’t exceed R40). I think it’s disgusting how Dischem claims to be the most competitive in pricing but absolutely nail their customers with huge mark ups and excessive dispensing fees.
Shocking shocking shocking service from MTN, their supervisors and even moreso their consultants who do not know their protocols nor procedures. I can not wait to move away from them as this has been a harrowing experience in every single way.
I needn’t go into too much detail, it’s a beautiful place with great doctors and programs, however when laying a formal complaint (due to various incidents and most notably how they were handled/ addressed), one gets a response from their lawyers. Incredibly disappointed in how these matters were handled by ZS. And for that reason alone I would not recommend ZS to anyone in future.
MTN’s service is absolutely atrocious to say the VERY least! No one can give you answers to queries, the staff get rude when you ask queries they dont have the answers to, when you try reach the billing department on dial 135 you just dont get through. Absolutely shocking. Will be moving away from MTN because of this.
MTN- How is it possible to burn through 3gigs of data in a matter of minutes (not even 10 to be exact) when on a wifi network and no data running in the background...? This matter will be taken further. I'd suggest someone gets in touch before I do :) #datathievery #MTNSAdodgydata #Wheredidmydatago #unimpressed #disgusted
I was contacted by a Ms Diane Karam from her debt collecting agency on 10 September 2018, stating she has been trying to get ahold of me for quite some time... which is ironic as my email has been the same for over 10 years. She is unwilling to assist and doesn't get back to you when raising queries and certain discrepancies. One constantly needs to follow up with her and beg for answers yet only to be met with hostility, severely unprofessional and rude behavior. Appalling that the "big" life companies in SA make use of her knowing full well the manner in which she conducts herself.

I was previously employed by Liberty. Prior to resigning I signed an AOD, never heard from them again, a couple of months went by only to find out they listed me on ITC. I have been trying for months now to get ahold of Craig Heldsinger with no luck to try and get this resolved. Absolutely appalled by the lack of assistance and resolution process.
