Please be careful of a company in Pinetown named Amazing Shipping Containers. (Kevin Moodley 083 283 6004 or 031 828 2276) The landline does not exist. They are advertising converted containers at amazing prices. After visiting the adress on his documents it was found that the adress belongs to a transport company with no links to selling containers. This is a scam!!
VODACOM, when you take something that someone else HAS paid for it is called theft, no matter what your rules and regulations are saying. Theft is a criminal offence. You can not regulate yourself out of breaking the law.
A lady by the name of Angelique at Discovery Medxpress (I think from their PE office) today helped my wife and I to sort out the delivery of our chronic medication. We faced some serious challenges due to the remoteness of where we live. She called me back 4 times and checked and made arrangements until everything was sorted out and all in place. Angelique, my wife and I appreciate your professionalism and your tenacity. You did not give up. We appreciate your understanding of our situation and your willingness to assist. Tom & Elize Dunn
I have reported a weak/non existent Vodacom data signal on 18 February 2019 Ref 1- ********** ********** . We have been battling with a weak signal for the past 5 years to such an extend that VODACOM eventually installed a booster in my office. The speed test this morning shows 0.82Mbps. I have requested VODACOM to send a technician out to my farm to come and check the booster, cabling and antenna. It is now almost 2 weeks and I had no response. When I called VODACOM this morning the complaint has been signed off with "problem has been checked and nothing wrong has been found" or with words with the same meaning. What a blatant lie and zero customer service. No technician has ever been to me or had I any contact with a representative of VODACOM. Not only is VODACOM's customer service non-existent they are even prepared to blatantly lie about actions that they had taken to remedy the problem. Did anybody at VODACOM bothered to check with me if the problem has been solved? No, why they worry about me. I am only a customer (read cash generating number) on their books. I have been given a new Ref No 1- ********** ********** this morning (25/02/2019) Let us see who long does it take VODACOM to actually do something about the problem by sending out a technician to come and check this booster installation.............or are they going to lie about it again.
Could Vodacom please explain to the nation why are they the only data service provider in the country that are charging their customers for the roll over of unused date from 01 March as per the new regulations, whilst all other service providers are doing it free of charge.
LekkeSlaap = great service. We use them for all our travels and never had any problems.
I received a quotation on 11 September 2018 for an up grade on an excising line to a 20GB data package for the total monthly amount of R223-51. In my conversation with the consultant we agreed on this amount and the router was delivered to me. When I received the first invoice dated 03 October 2018 the monthly amount was increased to R280.96 without my consent. I reported this discrepancy and was referred from the one department to the other. I have spent hours on the phone to achieve absolutely nothing. Every department escalated the complaint to a "solutions expert" and I received various reference numbers for the same problem from each department. It is now almost 2 weeks and I have not received any feedback from VODACOM.
Vodacom, please take note that you are going to loose customers because of your insistence to use RAM as your courier service.
I placed an order for a CCTV set (Order No 14299). For some or other reason the person at CCTV (Mark ********** ) decided to place his name and number on the parcel together with my address at Witsand and this is where there problem started. He seldom answers this number. The courier company tried to call this number to make arrangements for the delivery but because he did not answer they returned to the depot with my parcel. Maybe Mark and the people at CCTV should learn to put the name and number of the client on the parcel and not theirs. It would make things so much easier when the courier company and the client needs to communicate w.r.t. delivery arrangements. According to the courier company, my name and number does not appear on the parcel despite the request that the parcel should be clearly marked accordingly. I tried to call Mark 5 times this morning and 3 times yesterday with no success. I spoke to him once earlier yesterday morning with obvious no results for my efforts.
If you want great service then Andre Hatting at We Sell Cars in Pretoria is the go-to-man. Thanx Andre the Corolla runs like a dream.
