Liars, Liars, Liars... Contract of R2350, suddenly doubled by debit order. We call the head office, they inform us to email "Lusinda" and 3 months later, NO RESPONSE, call in and say we must email "Lusinda". Excellent sales team, convincing and signing contract was quick and easy. After that... Technicians are ****, Call centre is ****, Finance department is ****, ADMIN is ****... Company is just ****. Sales Manager disappeared and not answering phone.
Pathetic service from Vodacom, Applied for a contract online, approved and uploaded documents, to phone 3 days later about the status update to hear it was cancelled because they couldnt get hold on me, although my phone has never been off or in bad signal zone. The sales agent reprocessed the application, phoned me back in 2-3 hours, confirming everything, read terms and conditions, told me when they should deliver etc. To phone back to check status update yet again 4 days later, to hear it was cancelled because of not being able to get hold of me! Vodacom service is getting worse everyday and I wouldnt take a contract from them, rather sticking to my prepaid, maybe just port my number to a different network, for I dont like supporting a company who cant deliver.
22/09/2017 - I recharged with R500 airtime which gave me a R600 balance, bought 2GB of Data for R249 which left me with approx. R351. Then 2-3hours later, driving (phone unatended with no active sessions) my airtime and data dissapeared. Contact centre then investigated and concluded that it was correct billing which is IMPOSSIBLE.
