How do you give a negative rating?????? Riley and his constantly changing sales crew have sown us into a 60 month contract (4 contracts in fact with annual escalations) we have 4 financed routers and a settlement well over R300 k at Mercantile. I asked Mercantile to a meeting with Riley to provide me insight into how Mercantile would allow these transactions when my insurance broker refuses to cover the settlement figure. I wanted the representative from Mercantile to see our office and the extent to which Advancetelcoms go in in order to create finance agreements to be paid a huge kickback as well as being paid for overbook items, from the financing bank. Consumers are afforded no protection as they are rentals - falling out of the ambit of the NCA otherwise it would be RECKLESS LENDING. They were supposed to cancel Telkom lines and ADSL and just keep our e-mail addresses. We eventually did this ourselves last month after a loss of over R21 000 paid over to Telkom as they have not fulfilled an undertaking from 2018 to do this. Now they do not want to accept liability and insist that we claim from Telkom. This sales pitch of cancelling Telkom is a load of hogwash. I should have looked at Hellopeter before trusting these "sharks". We are busy with legal consultation and have a number of their clients joining us. Please feel free to contact me if you would like to participate.

We signed up with Advanced Telcoms for a new telephone system. We gave them all our previous telephone accounts as well as printers, copies etc. They then showed us how they can save us money if we change over to Advanced Telcoms. The informed us that they will settle all previous accounts. We went into agreement with the company in July 2019. Since then they have only settled one account. They are unable to provide us with the settlement letters for all the other related accounts. In the meantime our company which is a small business are paying Advance Telcoms (otherwise we will have no telephones)and all the other service providers on a monthly basis. I send the Director Stacey emails as well as the office staff, no one is assisting us with the relevant information. We also requested the values of the telephone system for months, they are not able to provide that information. I firmly believe that we have given them enough time to resolve this matter but they choose not to. I definitely would not recommend that this company should be used, as they are unethical in their approach. We want the accounts settled and we want a refund for all the debit orders that we paid on the behalf.

I would like to sincerely Thank Mr Pascal for his excellent & efficient service rendered to us, New Covenant Christian Church. We have changed our normal switchboard pabx to a mobile pbx system and the switch has been seamless. The new mobile pbx system is especially effective for us now during Lockdown as it enabled us to service our congregants & our community remotely via our mobile telephone counseling line & it also a very cost effective way for our office staff to communicate. We have also employed a Microwave Link to enhance our internet capacity for our live streaming platforms. Thanks again Mr Pascal Bissolati & your team for assisting us as a church organisation as we steer through this challenging time of COVID-19.

They arrived at our business in 2018 claiming the phone lines needed to be upgraded, no other explanation. They managed to sign us into a 5 year contract which we can not get out of. This was never explained to us, we were simply asked to sign and initial each page thinking we were dealing with Telkom. Our clients could never reach us on our phone's landline after that because constantly the "network is unavailable" so no phone since moving over to the "new lines"... I have since cancelled my land line with Telkom thanks to this company. We were supposed to "save money" with the "new lines" but today we are paying R864.84 for wifi when the contract amount was R650 monthly. Advanced Telecoms' sales people need training and TARA who works in the accounts department needs a course on customer liaison asap. I asked for an updated statement and invoices as (since 2018) I have not received 1 invoice and need to update my accounts system. I get a mail attachment referring me to wesbank legal - are you serious? I was not even disputing anything. This is how you deal with clients you debit monthly? DO NOT GET YOUR LINES UPGRADED IT'S RUBBISH and a con to sign you into a 5 year deal and arrogant staff.

Stay away from this company! What an awful experience we had with them when they came to our school today. Firstly they falsely introduced themselves as being from Telkom, not Advanced Telcoms. Secondly one of the two salesmen or technicians (not sure what they were), refused to wear the compulsory mask everyone who enters a school's promise MUST wear during the Covid-19 pandemic. He put it on once or twice, but then took it off again immediately. He also refused to keep a proper distance from anyone around him and kept walking up close to everyone he spoke to. Both of these guys refused to stay behind the plastic screen we installed to protect our staff and kept on walking into the office with our financial secretary, even going behind her counter a few times. She closed the door to the office on them, but the one guy just opened it again and walked right back in. She then explicitly told him not to come inside, but he still did. Thirdly they just demanded that we present them with our school's audited financial statements and Telkom account statements, neither of which we are allowed to hand over without consent from the School Governing Body. Furthermore, they said they are going to transfer our telephone lines from Telkom today still. This while we had no chance to even look at their quote or discuss it with the SGB first as we are supposed to do when making financial decisions. I asked them who instructed them to come to our school and the one guy said a letter was sent from the Department of Education to all schools, which is a lie. So, basically, they endangered our lives by explicitly refusing to adhere to the Covid-19 protection measures we have in place and they tried to scam us into signing a contract and handing over private documents without allowing us to time to follow protocol. In retrospect, I should have called the police. If they come to your premises, for your own safety during these unsafe times, do not let them in.

I was duped by members of this company promising to settle my company account with telkom if I ported my numbers to them. I paid 20000 and received the worst service ever. They did not settle telkom account and their lines had extremely poor signals. The phone lines were so bad that my business almost got ruined. TERRIBLE SERVICE !!

Liars, Liars, Liars... Contract of R2350, suddenly doubled by debit order. We call the head office, they inform us to email "Lusinda" and 3 months later, NO RESPONSE, call in and say we must email "Lusinda". Excellent sales team, convincing and signing contract was quick and easy. After that... Technicians are ****, Call centre is ****, Finance department is ****, ADMIN is ****... Company is just ****. Sales Manager disappeared and not answering phone.
