I would like my account cancelled with metrofibre . i have app**** for services in January my services couldnt work it was problem after problems auntil end of february thats when i was able to have services . i have proof of payments showing from february that i have been paying each month on the 25th . today i woke up to my services being suspended that i am owing R859 for what i dont know if i have all the proof of payments showing each month i was paying. now i understand why the apartment i stay when i mved in advised me not to use metrofibre because they will **** you and bad services too. you may cancel my services i think i will apply with a different service provider. LEvel7 has better services and also better prices too. thank you for your services you may cancel the services . or you have my services restored then you activate the debit order to run on the 25th with the premium agreed.

I have written a Query on the 13 May with ref: Query 6629192Q . till today i have not received any feedback from them. i have been paying all my fnb loans and had requested some form of grace from fnb regarding my last fnb account that is pending. the email says feedback will be sent within 3 days its 3 weeks not heard from them.
since 08:00 till 10:17 calling FNB . been put from one department to the other and when transferred they answer and keep quite. the last call i spoke to the lady who asked me to verify my details on the app since she kep quite and been talking to myself for over 20 min. such a pathetic service. i was told to call Legal department i called they keep hanging up the call .its so exhausting.
if you want peace in your life please dont consider metrofibre , you will go crazy trust me. i have services installed till today they dont work but i have been billed and paid . i have 5 tickets logged with them daily yet no service. i had to push and beg for services to be installed after 2 weeks of installation, it was installed i cant connect everytime i call i was told my services were off then a call was logged.
Cbs Legal Rl is a profile on my account i dont even understand what it is for , i am trying to get someone to assist me and i cant even get any assistance .when i call FNB loans they just hang up my calls without assistance
I have just installed Metrofibre network on the 28th of June at the complex i am moved to, already my statement is R672 and i am requested to pay that, within 2 weeks of using their services, and sending me threatening emails and messeges that they are switching my services with 48 hours... i mean i was yes supposed to pay R273 for pro rata now then month end i start paying the installment of R399. i sent an email but the response was not good

i bought a legging at Centurion Mall on the 27th May that costs R599, i wore it today the 29th May ,only to find that the legging is torn the addidas sign is coming off, i went to cross trainer FOREST HILL MALL, the staff told me they cannot assist me they have to call head office, they called head office and the lady called Xoliswa said she cannot assist me because its the company polcy they cannot give me a new one until the management approved which can take weeks waiting for their response. i bought my legging to wear it on a function and i have to cancel my plans because of this pathetic company policy which doesnt refund and doesnt exchange .this is like buying from a china shop because its daylight robbery . i am so angry and i was a fan and i buy all my things at crosstrainer but i decided due to this poor and sstupid service i will never ever go there i will rather buy somewhere else .
