I placed an order with Omninela Live Limitless which is using your secure payment site to take payments. This business is a **** and takes orders and money from customers and don't deliver the products. Your company are supporting a company which is *****ulently taking money from unknowing customers. I demand that my money is refunded by your company
I don't think this company deserves any star. I have ordered tube feeding for my mom 40 units costs thousands of rands on the 8th of October 25 and to date nothing shipped. The worst of it all they have a direct online payment with the banks and credit card, I used Capitec Pay. How do they get this right with secure payment from Peachpayments.com. Please don't use them. Very unhappy. I want my money back!
Was booked on flights from Dubai KQ311 flight, first no air-con working and then delayed and we ended up in Narobi for 5 hours, as we were delayed out of Dubai and missed the connecting flight to OR Tambo. In Nairobi changes were made to flight KQ762 and BA6221 again flight had late arrival and luggage took 1.5 hours to come out. BA only had 1 person at the check in desk at International arrivals and more than 25 passengers to be checked in and couldn't accommodate the luggage and we missed the connection again. We couldn't be accommodated and no one of airways to assist us!! Went to Terminal A only to find offices closed!! Kulula and BA had not available flights to change us to and we had to make arrangements for accommodation for the night and still no flight. Next day ended up to pay for our own flights from JHB to Durban on Kulula. After waiting for 2 months for Kenya to get back to me, Joyce from customer service replied on the 08/08/17 to apologise and I was given the option of a 150$ gift voucher or 5000 miles, I opted for the Voucher, after various mails I have to this date not had any feedback. This was just an overall bad experience and the feedback extremely poor.
