Stay away from these low life thugs. Sitting in Cape Town. Still waiting for my tickets. Rugby world cup starts in less that 48 hours. Re-sellers , but I am almost certain we are scammed. No info anywhere, no email reply ... see that we are not the only ones out there. If anyone has more info, how to go about getting refunded, please reach out.

Would just like to find out if there is anyone who actually received their R1500 car hire deposit back from Avis ?. They want you to obviously pay this upfront with credit card, irrespective of Discovery Insure paying for my total bill also at the X amount of days of car hire. Here is where it gets interesting. Upon asking after a month about the whereabouts of your R1500 deposit, they have a standard answer of : It has been released to your bank, but also tell you it won't necessarily reflect in your account. Problem is they can't give ANY proof of the payment ??? Also shifting quitely the attention to the bank to provide answers. Months later ... no deposit received yet ... very dodge ... Very sure I am not the only one ?
Wasted R200 on airtime to just do a simple transfer of my tracker device to my new car ... Still no response ... Asked them to contact me on their website ... No I know why cartrack is growing ... Looking forward to contribute to their growth shortly ... The economy is already tough ... There is no margin for pathetic service ... Or no service.
