Excellent service. When you have a claim, they are instant in giving you a plan to follow with advice along the way. Efficient from start to finish. I recommend them to all my customers and family members.
I placed an order AND PAID using the website on the 10th of February. I have sent 5 emails, called twice, to date nobody has even contacted me to let me know why my order is not being followed up. Nobody has even replied to a single mail. I'm hoping this would be the place that someone will be kind enough to follow up on this or should I assume that nobody at Poobie Naidoos cares? I've emailed attachments confirming everything. All I want is someone to contact me to clear this up or at least refund me.
I have been waiting for 3 weeks now to hear back or have any feedback on a director change and still nothing. I have tried on several occassions to speak to a consultant and I keep getting the same response, "I will just have to check again in a few days" Nobody seems up to it to help me understand why my change is taking so long to make.
