Dissapointing Superbalist
So we bought some clothes for our daughter on black friday and they were delivered a day earlier on time. Problem started whn we logged a return for items we wanted exchanged or refunded, not only were the items picked up late their delivery personnel has a habit of not showing to collect bt send an SMS claiming they tried collecting bt nobody was available...LIES I'v contacted SUPERBALIST numerous times till today we have'nt been refunded for the items tht we returned, i know the is R155.13 in my superbalist wallet bt we returned 6 items in total. Yersterday order ********** was delivered at a wrong adress. I am deeply dissappointed by the level of service i'v received from Superbalist and their fashion assistants who offer no solution but excuses. contract cancellation and billing reloaded
Again Vodacom is not playing ball with me I tried contacting them again today still no solution instead I'm told I owed August by some consultant named Zandile in their accounts department so I decided to do the work for u Vodacom, I downloaded 3 months back to back statements and invoices to prove that I don't owe ****

Contract cancellation and billing
Vodacom is the worst network i cancelled my contract on the 1st of september since my contract was coming to an end around the 17th of september,so they had a full month which is sufficient time to cancel the contract...to my surprise the contract has'nt been cancelled and in arrears to the tune of around R 698 or something for wht whn i was paying R488.87...whn i contact their call centre i get different answers some agents say its suppose to be cancelled they dont knw why it has'nt been cancelled....nw wht i find od is why the different answers n being in arrears so quickly is it because i cancelled the contract?..m ****ing fed up with this **** network i just wish people would dump it
