Never in my life have i worked with a lady incompetent of her work. They are not helpful and i will not recommend them to anyone in need not even to my worst enemies.
Good day, I have received calls from homechoice stating that I am behind on my account wherby I di not believe this as I have been paying my account every month. I then noticed they did noy allocate 3 payments. I have been waiting for almost 3 weeks for statement that reflect all my payments since 2016. I have phoned in several times no luck references was given to me ********** 49/ ********** 34 I need this sorted as I am being charge interest for late payment or non payments where I pay everything.
I was told on the 29th of September I will have my parcel before 06/10/2017. on the 05/10/2017 I was called stating that my parcel will be delivered in the next week. I explained that I need the parcel by 06/10/2017 as it will be my daughters birthday. Which they promised me that I will have it by 06/10/2017 between 08:00-10:00 as my work will be closing at 13:00. 10am came and gone no delivery I phoned 4 times and all 4 times I was told they will check how far the driver is while I was holding. In total I have hold on for 105.43 minutes. which is ridiculous, I will never ever use this courier company and I can not believe that MTN will use them for anything. It is now 12:44 and still not received my parcel..... Disgusted is the understatement.
