5 Star Faux
I stayed at African Pride Irene Country Lodge for 7 days and my car which was parked on their premises was severely scratched by what I assume is either one of their other guests or their staff (who drive golf carts). The hotel though having cameras claim they saw ‘no foul play’ after I had to run after them to check. They then promised to have another look but have not gotten back to me. This establishment does not care about your personal property and how much loss/damage you suffer during your stay there. It would not hurt them to properly check their cameras but they seem to not care. Utterly disappointing for what is supposed to be a 5 star hotel.

Courier company dishonest
Take a lot scheduled my delivery for Friday and while I was at work all day waiting for delivery. I am notified that they came and didn’t find me, which is a bald faced lie as I was at work the entire day. They then failed to even attempt to deliver on Saturday saying their dishonest courier is unable to . It is my first time using take a lot and my last.
