The Body Shop Cradlestone is the most toxic working environment, thanks to its Manager Thato and Regional Manager Jessica. They are absolutely vile people to say the least and to actually call them human beings is an utter disgrace to human nature! My sister who is currently an employee and top sales performer at the Body Shop Cradlestone received an employment opportunity 2 to 3 months back, from the day she needed a day off to go attend an interview, her life was made a living hell in the workplace. The managers have given her a difficult time with giving a referral letter, they then went as far as cutting down her monthly hours from 40 to 27 in order to short pay her. She is now being bul**** to resign because, in Jessica's words "When are you resigning? Who is going to train the new person in the festive season? You need to leave now because we need to start training the new person who is going to replace you. I need feedback regarding your resignation by tomorrow, understand?" Mind you my sister is a single parent and breadwinner at home. She is awaiting confirmation from the agency before she can resign, this was clearly communicated with Thato (store manager) however they keep ill-treating her in order for her to leave. My sister cries each and every single day because of the amount of bullying she is getting daily at work, just because she is not resigning as Thato and Jessica want her out ASAP. Absolutely disgusting!
Super happy with the work done on my car, my expectations have been exceeded! I would like to thank the team for an impeccable job and hard work put into making sure my car looks new, the paint work is amazing! A big thank you to Piet for always keeping me updated on the progress, I truly appreciate all your efforts into making sure that quality work is done on my car. I would also like to acknowledge the friendliness of the staff, from the security guard to the reception lady. VDS Autobody is the absolute best!
I would like to give a shout out PMD and a big THANK YOU to Charlotte from the roadside assistance department for such an awesome service on Friday evening after I hit a pothole so hard and immediately had a puncher in an unsafe and dark area. Charlotte calmed me down as I was panicking and made sure that I get assistance ASAP. Juan who was also awesome from First Help came through within 5 to 10 minutes after speaking to Charlotte, he made sure we get to a safer area so he can change my tyre. Charlotte kept calling to make sure that I am alright and to check if I received assistance. What was more awesome was that I had just taken up the car insurance with PMD on Thursday and had not even payed the 1st premium but PMD came through for me and for that I thank you.
The service from MiWay is awesome. I like that they give you an option to call you back instantly. Everything is available online, one can just login instead of calling. Spoke to Khutso who was very friendly and was able to send my policy documents almost instantly.
I called in with the aim of cancelling my car insurance and the first consultant I spoke to (Lerato) was very friendly and professional, she transferred me to Retentions. I then got through to Phemelo Khunou who completely changed my mind and reminded me how important car insurance is even though one does not use a car on a daily basis. He was super polite and it actually felt like I was speaking to a friend and not just someone who doing their job. The overall service received from Phemelo was excellent!
Early last year I took up a tracking device with Matrix as someone highly recommended it, the tracking people came to my home and installed the device. I then received a call on the same day to activate the device and was informed of the monthly premium of R185.00 , but that was not the case as they started debiting more, called in to inquire and was informed that I was subscribed to some Road Assistance for R70 p.m which I did not agree on and was told that it will be cancelled but they continued to debit for it plus the premium and so I started reversing the debit orders and only paying the agreed premium of R185.00 .In July same year (2017) I decided to call the cancellations department to cancel the account because I was still being charged for what I did not agree to pay , spoke to Jade who told me that I am on a 3 year contract and needed to pay a cancellation fee. I told Jade that I was never informed by the consultant who activated the tracking device about a contract and did not accept such an agreement, she said that they would listen to the recording and revert back to me. That never happened, instead Mixtelematics sent me invoices/statements stating "BAD DEBTS RECOVERED" with R0.00 balances, which to my knowledge means that I do not owe them anything. Months later, 11/04/2018 to be exact, i received an sms stating that I have been handed over to SSDA Attorneys and need to pay. I demand to know how I am handed over when I did not receive the recording proving that I accepted the 3 year contract and have not heard anything whatsoever from Matrix since my last phone call made to them in July 2017???
