I ordered the so called free products and paid for the shipping. I was enrolled onto the program when I hadn't even received my pills. I called to complain and was told that I have two options to either pay half of what the company had debited me which was +-R675 and still get all my pills or wait for the delivery and ship it back at my own expense and get a full refund, this was in September. So I opted for the 2nd option, I got half of my money back after calling for the second time to complain about my money nearly taking two months to be refunded. I have now called the call centre three times this week to request for my money back seeing as I never got my pills, I was advised to go to my post office with an order number to trace it. Really!!! The lady looked through all her parcels and my product was not there, I have requested for a tracking number and they keep referring back to my order number. And that Alex call centre representative is either an android, can't spell or is punking me. I just spent money on calling these people who seem to have no clue what they are talking about. Now I just want my money back. If you cannot keep your end of the contract then your in breach, and you can't tell me that you can't give me a tracking number because parcels get send to different parts of the world, that's not my problem and what kind of company are you running where you cannot trace your products ?
I called the ********** 111 call centre yesterday to stop the slimming scam company from debiting my account an amount of R1300 I was transferred from pillar to post, I ended up speaking to 5 people. The one suggested that I block my card so that the transaction won't go through seeing as its still pending. The last person I spoke to who was supposedly the saviour told me after she blocked the cards that they couldn't stop the payment, I see today that its still gone through. And that I would still have to wait for my cards to be ordered, delivered and pay the fees for new cards when in fact the staff members were the ones who suggested it. I'm very unhappy, these people need training and most of all the company needs to speak one language.
