I ordered the so called free products and paid for the shipping. I was enrolled onto the program when I hadn't even received my pills. I called to complain and was told that I have two options to either pay half of what the company had debited me which was +-R675 and still get all my pills or wait for the delivery and ship it back at my own expense and get a full refund, this was in September. So I opted for the 2nd option, I got half of my money back after calling for the second time to complain about my money nearly taking two months to be refunded. I have now called the call centre three times this week to request for my money back seeing as I never got my pills, I was advised to go to my post office with an order number to trace it. Really!!! The lady looked through all her parcels and my product was not there, I have requested for a tracking number and they keep referring back to my order number. And that Alex call centre representative is either an android, can't spell or is punking me. I just spent money on calling these people who seem to have no clue what they are talking about. Now I just want my money back. If you cannot keep your end of the contract then your in breach, and you can't tell me that you can't give me a tracking number because parcels get send to different parts of the world, that's not my problem and what kind of company are you running where you cannot trace your products ?

I've ordered a product from them online, part of the order is that if you do not decline further orders, they will automatically deduct the next payment from you R1347-45 and send you the second order. I have declined in time, but the money was deducted from my credit card already! I phoned them and they said they will only refund me once I've received the order - I will and haven't received any order from them - not the first nor the second! This is the biggest scam I've ever heard of! They don't respond to emails at all although I've sent them the proof for everything!

I've ordered a product from them online, part of the order is that if you do not decline further orders, they will automatically deduct the next payment from you R1347-45 and send you the second order. Saw an ad on facebook where they offer a free trial (free sample) and you just pay for shipping (R60) and receive in 5 days (im based in SA but nowhere does it say 5 days for USA only) Needless to say I woke up on Sunday to a shocking discovery of R1321.59 deducted from my account! Their reason: "we give it for free but if you dont advise us not to bill you for the free sample then we take it from your account in 14 days" WHAT???? so the free sample you advertise as such I must pay for and nowhere in any of the delivery/shipment/invoice notes does it state this? Their response to this: "Its not our responsibility to inform you to cancel within 14 days after your purchase - you should have read the terms and conditions" Funny NOWHERE can I clearly see this on your website or on ANY paperwork sent thereafter. <p>I have paid for my bottle of Optic Garcinia on the 4th of May. And still have not received the package.</p> <p>I have sent 16 emails and called the call centre over 6 times with regards to this matter.</p> <p>I have been given the run around with regards to receiving MY PAID packages. Was even told to call customs and I should follow up on it, which I did and still have not received anything.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is redicilious, since i have paid. when i have asked for a refund, they stated they cannot give the refund. the is a consumer law!!!!! I will sue for all the time and monies i have spent trying the track down my own order.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is terrrible service!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>

Once you have done so, they debit your credit card within a few days with an amount exceeding R1,300.00 using a different vendor description, without even sending the free sample for which you have paid shipping fees.</p> <p> </p> <p>When you query this an international call centre operative answers, sounds like it is based in China or India, and then they indicate that their terms and conditions allow them to do so.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
