Ok so to start with a bitter taste of lack of comunication that lead me to frustration and alot of wasted time from a staff memeber at cell c. I was called bck after being in the shop for the second time and the manager Christopher in the La Lucia mall was so appologetic and helpful. I was frustrated and he calmed me.. helped me.. and better yet did all he cud to get me my contract for my childs school Tab. He worked with me and every step of he way kept me informed and up to date. Once we completed the process he even hand delivered the Tab and the contract at my front door. Withing a matter of days it was all resolved. Thank u Chris for ur assistance more ppl shud work in a service industry like u. It was a pleasure! So i booked and had a confirmation for 3 adults and 2 young ladies to have a spa treament for 3hr30 mins at Bella Vie on the 16th Sep for my daughters 11th bday. Only to arrive and nothing was done. Staff were running late with current treatments, no one knew off my appointment, and no extra staff were hired as explained wud be, and 2 other clients booked for the same time @ 3pm. Needless to say the owner is who i dealt with and to try call her upon arrival she wudnt answer the calls. Eventually i managed to get thru on one of the staffs phns and the lady that answered was not only rude but unaccomodating. She had no resolution for me and cudnt explain what happened other than " unfortunately it wasnt booked and i can't help u" as a mother that had a special day booked for my daughter and had confirmed the week before i had no option but to leave frustrated and very angry. I will never in my life go back and support sych lazy and unprofessional ppl as at Bella Vie. I will make sure that everyone knows what bad service and staff they have and how the owner is a complete waste of air. FYI - I went to another Spa down the road and they stayed late as all spa's were closing this time tried to help me.
I had a incident that left met stranded for my childs 11th bday. Kimaya came to my rescuse!! I had no booking and needed 5 ppl pampered and taken care off. All staff chipped in needless to say they were abt to close and spent a couple hours treating everyone from massages and spoiling my little lady and her freind with orange juice in a champers glass, steam room, masks and much more. Well done to all staff there and especially to the front desk that deal with a frantic mom in need. It was a pleasure to be in ur spa and i wud recommend u to everyone i know. Professionalism and etiquette was a five star treatment. Bless u all that were there on the 16th Aug to help me. Well done in showing me that when all else fails there are good and professional staff out there.
