Such Commitment to excellent Customer Services
Dear Management of Mount Sheba A FOREVER LODGE Please allow me to express my sincere gratitude for extending your helping hand during my time of need. I would like to compliment the General Manager Mr Fanie Fick; Mr Jaco Wieneke and Mr Neil Burger for the excellent service they provided us. On the 24 of September 2017 I was travelling on the R36 at 7:30 pm and we were involved in a serious motor vehicle accident when our vehicle hit a cow. Finding ourselves so far from home in a place unknown to us with no one to help was a horrific feeling. God spared our lives glory to His name. I immediately contacted Mount Sheba management for help and the response we received was incredible, it usually takes one hour drive from Pilgrim rest to Leboeng but the management rushed to our safety and they made in in just half an hour. No words can ever describe how much we appreciated their response. Professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly and helping in towing our car to a safe place, taking us back to the Hotel where a hot meal was awaiting us, all this exceeded my expectations. I can hardly express how very grateful we are. We are extremely pleased with the quality of customer service provided to me and my wife. No words could ever express our appreciation for the love, kindness and support you have shown us. Such a commitment to excellent customer service is to be commended. We are deeply grateful.
