Unfortunately there isn't an option to give 0 stars. This is one the worst funeral policy bearers ever. They sales team is so quick to taker your money but don't have the decency to let you know when there are any changes. My policy has been arrears because they have changed the debit order system and sent smsz to let people know. For crying a bucket how is that professional??

Horrible service with online delivery. Forever new has the most beautiful clothes but the online ordering system is one of the worst. I placed an order on the 25th of November. Apperentely the order was lost by the courier company an they are waiting for them to confirm it as lost. All of this information I had to find out after multiple follow ups. They number on their website goes unanswered. The emails take long to be responded to. 6th of Jan and still no indication what is happening with my order. Waiting is one thing but no comms at all is nonsense!
I cancelled my profile over 2 months go and yet, I am stuill being billed. I had a rejected debit order andit has now messed up my credit score. The miscommunication between the credit controllers and admin people is appualling! You guys need to do better! Horrible service!
I’ve been struggling for months now to cancel a contract which I have no been using since last year! I keep on being charged for stopped debit orders on my bank, my credit score has now decreased and has jeopardized my home loan application. I’ve paid for every single thing, I’ve sent confirmation of cancellation, I’ve called and spoken to so many people but yet I am still here. Someone needs to let me know what now needs to happen. My credit is a mess because of this. Your social media pages have been off absolute no help. What else needs to happen??
I have had the worst experience with my account for this security company. Every 2 months a new debit order is taken off. I've had countless calls made to them and this has not been sorted out.
Extremely rude and hostile service!
