Purchased a mobile device through the app (stock showed available at numerous stores). 3 days later I'm emailed to say that the order has been cancelled and will be refunded within 7 days. Contacted Support to ask if I can get an immediate exchange for a device in a different colour, as that showed in stock, instead of a refund and I was told to wait for the refund. Upon asking the call centre agent what guarantee do I have that the same incident (stock shows avail, pay & bash cancels due to incorrect stock) won't happen again to me if I purchase another device, the response was "we can pray". I've called various bash stores to find out availability and they have stock (same centre as the initial pick up point).

Service beyond expectations. The whole process took less then a week and I was kept informed every step of the way. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking. The automated process also made things extremely easy going.
Nearly impossible to get through to the service centre. Have been trying for days, holding for 30-40 min. What is the point of having a service centre jeez. Perhaps create some employ more people to answer the phones.
I recently purchased a used NP-200 from CMH Pinetown. To date the service has been a bit dodgy. Requested a few things be repaired/touched up before I took ownership of the vehicle and so far nothing much has come from it. I gave the vehicle in on the 11/10/17 for the “Auto Armour 3-1” which cost me R1950 and received it on the 13/10/17 in basically the same condition I handed it in, just that it got a wash and some ****ty perfume. Sales rep informed me that it would go to Supershield Pinetown, but they have no record of the vehicle even being there!! Salesman thereafter makes a U-turn and says that auto-valet services in Pinetown is the preferred valet service?? They seem to be a standard car-wash which I could’ve had done myself for 1/10 the cost of what I’ve been charged. Add to that some horribly damaged wheel caps, plenty of paint chips and fine rust which I was promised would be taken of. Makes me wonder why I even bothered choosing a so called ‘reputable” dealership. Appalling, happy with the vehicle but definitely not thrilled by dealer/salesman service. How many other unsuspecting customers have paid for this auto-armour (almost 2 Grand) and not received their monies worth?!?!
