We ordered groceries on this site about 2 weeks ago. There were items missing. We have sent numerous emails and tried to contact them, however we have been ignored. I would not recommend them at all!!! The list sent with the groceries included these items which were coffee and simba chips however were not included in the box!
Very Angry customer!!!!! I just received my order. I ordered Large however their sizes are extremely tiny. They are not normal Large . The cuts are very small. I asked to exchange the person on whatsapp first said qr25 to exchange then asked for invoice then suddenly changed price to qr50 Just to exchange. They say that if i order sgain its qr25 but if i dont its qr50. There is no such policy stated on their return policy on website so why charge this fee to your customers? This is not fair!!! You should advise customers that the sizes are small cut so i could of ordered XL. Secondly you charge delivery fee but your guy that delivers tells me to come to the road and fetch as he is double parked. Im on the 22nd floor and he expected me to go down? Very poor service. I will let the public know about your policy so you dont do this to someone else . Im waiting for your customer service to rectify this situation!

VERY DOSSAPOINTED in ELABELZ, ordered some items and processed order only to have a email back stating unfortunately due to the country I live in my order was cancelled. However if you Google it clearly states Qatar so why has things changed now? What is the reason you deliver to all other UAE countries except Qatar? Why are you refusing and cancelling orders to Qatar Very angry client
I am currently under debt review. I have been trying to settle my accounts with the help of my husband. Zero Debt is not interested in the customer at first they seem like they care about you but unfortunately they don't. I have been paying large sums of money to settle my accounts however I have not received paid up letters to state that these accounts were settled so not sure if zero debt has requested it or paid these accounts. They keep tellong me it takes long and theres channels to follow but 4 months . They seem to be leaving balances on the accounts instead of paying it off prolonging my debt. I have done another deposit to settle 4 of my accounts and sent them confirmation almost a week ago and they have not responded. Previously staff member iisle rheeders has been so abrupt and rude to me giving me incorrect information and not answering my questions. They have broken my trust in them. I hope to get feedback urgently as to my settlement letters from September and my new payment done I expect all 4 accounts to be settled which will leave me with one account to pay and I prefer to be taken off debt review. I rather make a agreement with the last creditor going forward. Zero Debt please respond to my emails and request immediately. We have rights you cannot treat people so unfairly and have staff that are so incompetent and cannot deliver what you promised. You suppose to be helping me however I feel more traumatised by Zero Debt. I write this in hope that I get a response and can save someone else from the stress. Very angry client
I enrolled at Beauty Academy in Silverton road , Durban in 2015 for a beauty course. The lecturers have such a disgusting attitude. They treat their students so unprofessionally. Their approach to teaching is also unprofessional. I had missed 2 Saturdays in the month and yes I understand that it's important not to miss however I was very sick. The lecturer Shakti, embarassed me and took off with me. I defended myself however she and the other lecturer still told me whatever they liked. Shakti told me I don't deserve to be there and I'm not interested as I have my own beauty spa already so she felt I was just doing it for the sake of it. I cried and was upset and they all ganged up on me. I was victimised by the lecturers including Rashida the admin lady at that time i was going through emotions and never complained but I feel people have a right to know what kind of institution they getting involved with. As a result I was not comfortable going back and never completed my file and just gave up and waisted R12000 The owner was Zahida at the time. Beauty Academy I think you should ask your students the way they feel about the lecturer in a anonymous survey. At the time all the students came to me and were so glad I stood up for myself. Shakti needs to stop picking on other people and worry about her own business and the way she treats people. In general the way they conduct themselves and their lectures is way below the standards a Spa should be maintained and operated.
I am very disgusted at the service I receive from Zero Debt. I went to Zero Debt as I had found myself in a difficult position and just needed some assistance financially. Initially the lady I spoke to was Rochelle I explained that I need help for a few months and then plan on paying off all my accounts. She said no problem . When you ready just let us know . So i paid the payment set for me for about 5 months and then started making bulk payments the first of R100000 and then R10 000 my debt was about R180 000, So they supposedly settled some of my accounts but I have seen No proof . Just emails saying hat they have done it but Im concerned that they have not settled any of my accounts. I have been requesting settlement letters for the past 3 months to prove that these accounts have been paid off and get no response or they tell me that the turnaround time is 14 days however I don't receive any response. I would like to pay off the balance of what I owe but how can I when they don't provide with proof that my accounts are being paid off. I feel disappointed and angry and cheated with Zero debt . Are they there to help us or do they just want to prolong the debt so they can make their fees out of it. I have sent numerous emails and warned that I would log a complaint however you have not taken me serious. So please for the final request may I have my settlement letters showing accounts paid , the latest statement showing my balance!!!!
Hi .... I was at your beauty spa today ( the late birthday gift from my friend Stacey) I must commend you on the place and your staffs work ethic. Our massages and facials were amazing and we felt very relaxed in such a quiet environment. Our mani & pedi's was absolute stunning and the colour that your staff helped us pick was beautiful. We were really impressed with the place and the staff and would love to come back I hope you appreciate the feedback.
Hi guys, i would like to share my experience as i dont often get great service. I took my mum to Bella vie laser lipo, last week and my mum has never been to a spa before and was so sceptical . When we arrived we were offered juice or tea , coffee and we're given a ****in. It was a good start. The staff and spa manager was so welcoming and friendly. I could see my mum instantly felt relaxed. The music was very calming and a lovely spa. The massages were great it's exactly what we needed , never had exfoliation before so that was pleasantly surprising. Everything was great. The paraffin wax felt weird at first but fElton great afterwards. The staff were so good, efficient and very entertaining. They kept asking us if we were comfortable and if we needed anything. My mum was so relaxed and happy. Great job ladies We will definitely be back...thank you
