I did an online upgrade in March 2022. When the courier company delivered the phone it was not what I expected. Within the required 21 days, I requested Vodacom to collect the phone as was told by Vodacom, that I had the option of doing. Since then, I have been waiting for the courier to collect the phone to no avail. (5 Months!!!!!!) I have phoned Vodacom numerous times to request the phone's collection. Every time I am told the courier company will contact me and that the matter has been escalated. Still no collection!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have forwarded numerous emails to customercare@vodacom.co.za No response!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very poor service.
Went out of their way to finish my job before my birthday....would recomend them to all....
