Terrible service: Avoid Johan and team at all costs
Johan and his team are not only lazy and unprofessional but ***ist and rude as well. His team installed skirting boards and painted them without using painting tape to protect our walls. This left white smears all along our gray walls even though I explicitly told them not to do that. I then called Johan repeatedly for three days to find a solution and left polite messages that he ignored. When I finally got through to him he shouted at me that he only worked with my husband and that I understood nothing and put the phone down on me. He could not explain why he did not use painting tape. His response was to shout at me and make it clear that he couldn't talk to me as a woman. Very concerningly he took the gray paint that we had used for our walls, using a different contractor, and touched up his mistakes without asking us. This is a massive problem as it affects the quality of our painted walls which was done using roller brushes, thus the touch ups show badly. He also severely delayed our renovations with his poor planning. Don't go near him.

Avoid dealing with this supplier.
Installation was arranged for today 05/11/2015. Supplier sent a what's up message on the day of installation to say he is still waiting for delivery of the blinds and skirtings this, agter instalation date was confirmed 3 days earlier.
