Excellent exchange service
Just a shout-out for the fantastic service I received from Parkas! I ordered a pair of vellies for hubby's birthday, but they were too small. I logged a return on Monday. The courier collected from me on Tuesday. I received an e-mail on Thursday stating that my new order had just been shipped! And all of this free of charge. Great service!!

Great food & service
We have visited Hennie's Brackenfell on 3 occasions now and every time we were received friendly, our waiter was knowledgeable and attentive and all the dishes we tried were awesome. Love the vibe & love the music bingo nights.

Super fast service
Wow I received the fastest service ever from Charm SA! Ordered yesterday just after midday and received a confirmation e-mail from the couriers last night that they received my parcel! It was delivered this morning and I am equally impressed with the quality of the items. My only problem was deciding which charms to give as a special gift, they have a lovely selection.

Poor customer service at store - call centre saved the day
We took hubby's cellphone in for a screen repair at Huawei Canal Walk. The consultant who assisted us, was laying back in his chair typing with one hand and not looking like he cared to be there at all, nevermind explain much to us. We sat at his desk for over 10minutes while waiting for him to log the job. Huawei, please train your staff in CUSTOMER SERVICE, this guy is NOT an asset to the company. Eventually we were given the printed order sheet and told that I would receive 2 sms's on my phone: 1 when they start with the job and the 2nd when the phone is ready to be collected. A week later I wanted to follow up with the store as I hadn't received any correspondence from them yet; only to see that he not only typed my husband's name incorrectly, but he also copied both my cell phone number AND e-mail address wrongly from the form I completed for him! I tried to phone the store, but their number has been disconnected as well! Luckily I took a business card with the call centre number which I tried without much hope. To my surprise though, I was assisted by a very friendly gentleman who checked the status of the repair and advised me accordingly. Call Centre: 1 Store: 0

Scam!!
I found the company on Gumtree and enquired about hiring a slush puppy & popcorn machine for my son's birthday. They replied that they had the items available and e-mailed me an invoice & banking details for the deposit which I paid. The week before the party I settled all of the outstanding amounts for suppliers as I didn't want to worry about pmnts on the day. Friday afternoon (before the party on Sat) I received a message saying that the supplier he sources the machines from has informed him that the slush machine broke and that he is trying to source another one. I started phoning around as well and luckily found a supplier who could assist as such short notice. This supplier informed me that Dikkelicious is run by a guy called ARNO SOUTHEY and he has been scamming people for a while. After various messages to him all I have is empty promises to do payment - and the latest excuse is that the supplier is going to refund me as he (Arno) cannot be held responsible!!
