1 star is even too much. Sofa has been in and out of repairs since September 2021. Coricraft Customer Services Managers in Cape Town ignore customer emails and refuse to respond. I have requested a refund and have been given the complete run-around. Nobody at the Epping depot answers phones. The sofa was defective since day 1 and the repairs done by Coricraft have now desecrated an already poorly made piece. Add that Coricraft delivery have zero care when collecting the sofa. the result is that the original repair is now compounded with additional damage due to poor workmanship and negligent product handling. I will never purchase from this group again. The service has been atrocious. This group has no Brand Pride and have no interest in delivering good customer services.
Purchased bras to the value of R2400. The one bra was defective and had to be exchanged and the other was cutting my skin below my ribs. Thy outright refuse to assist with helping me figure out how to manage the bra cutting skin. I will be lodging a complaint with the consumer protection act.
