Worst isp in the world they cant even supply support to their paying customers please what ever you do avoid homecloud as an isp
I've order fixed lte on the 22 January and the said it will be here yesterday and im still waiting haven't even received a tracking number due to poor service
I've applied for adsl internet line Tuesday and since Tuesday i haven't received any reference numbers or login details when i was on the phone yesterday with telkom i had to wait for someone to help me I've waited for an hour and a half no respond this is the worst service I've received in my life.
I bought 2 short blue denims and o first had the time to exchange it totay and the manager told me he cant exchange it for the same price Manager Bennie Viljoen Invoice number : ********** 1
I phoned in to the telkom call centre and first of all the lady that answered did not say hallo she said yes and she refused to give me her name and I just wanted her to reset my ports and she refused my line was installed yesterday and is already off today.
