I would like to start off by thanking Wendy (Kwikwap Agent) for her care about my financial stress and problems, in her review on Hello Peter. I will look into this accusation, as I am an Accountant and make sure I do not spend money on website companies, that is clearly out on ripping off clients. You are not willing to refund the monies paid to you, due to me cancelling the verbal agreement - as I was not satisfied with the bad service. You keep referring to a "contract" and that I need to read the "contract" - but up until today I have not received anything from you. Nothing was signed - everything was verbal. Due to the fact that I have now requested a refund, you are willing to spread lies and rumors (financial problems, bad quality videos - which I was never informed of etc) , to try and justify your actions, instead of just admitting that you have done absolutely nothing for me and have decided to keep my money. Yes, after all these problems and bad services I tried to get hold of the Co- founder and CEO Mr Eduard Marais of Kwikwap and also sent him an email - but he also did not have the decency to reply to the mail. Clearly the bad service is accepted by management and pushed through the company from the top. Cleary customer service is not important to him either. I do not have to attack you or the company - I am merely stating the facts. In any case, you can go around and you will hear from several other people that they experienced the same bad service. To clarify another comment of yours. Why will I pay R3500.00 for a 2 page website, when kwikwap clearly advertises, everywhere, that the cost of a website is a mere R2500.00. I was in need of a website, you agreed to render the service of designing the website, we agreed on a price, and some of the funds were paid over to you. You were suppose to provide a service for the funds received, but instead, you were never available telephonically, you did not reply to messages, and the few times that I spoke to you, you were extremely rude. Due to this, I realised that there was no way forward and decided to cancel the agreement. I also requested a refund, as no work was done to date. Now you want to jump up and down because I wrote a review on Hello Peter. It is very sad that you have to stoop so low and insult me, but I suppose that it what makes you feel good. I will never recommend Kwikwap to anyone. There are several website companies out there, eager to do business - at the same price. I have now wasted a lot of valuable time that I could have spent building my business.

Yes I feel customer pain Kwikwab NOT INPRESS WITH THE SERVICE Pretoria Rep or Consultant don't no how to work with Customer or to speak to them Head office don't care, Rep or Consultants are right, I am so disappointed in the company Kwikwap, Few years back good services but know so disappointed There are positive news, other service providers Requirement WordPress or other service provider
Unprofessional Billing problems My insurance Schedule policy show me 2 year younger but my ID are correct on the contract, When I call them and ask them regards this, they said I must not worry about it. Worst service ever, will never recommend this insurance company. There are so many complaints on the website, The product that they market is Old Mutual, All these things go wrong what happen if I not there any more and pass away, how will my family suffer. There is so BIG administration irregularities are, will the policy never paid out, and my family and other policy holders families will be homeless. And then they call you shift the blame to the custom. Call the customer and said read your contract, Its will be very difficult to read your contract then you not there any more.
