Be very very careful when dealing with this company. When you attempt to trans fer away from them they give you an Auth Code to transfer your domain, but they also suspend your domain and then send you this email: Good day, Please see the attached PDF copy of your email, where you requested the EPP Auth code, in order to transfer the domain away from us, and we supp**** same. It was then up to you / your new host to have initiated the transfer. The domain was never transferred away, and has since expired. The domain is now in redemption phase and cannot be transferred. There are two options going forward: We can either renew the domain, and then your new host can initiate the transfer. Or you will need to wait approximately 90 days from the expiry date, for the domain redemption period to end, at which time the domain gets deleted, and your new host would then be able to re-register the domain. The cost for us to renew the domain whilst in the redemption period, is $100 dollars. Please advise should you require us to renew the domain on your behalf, in order for your new host to initiate the transfer. Should you wish to go this route, we will then provide you with the renewal invoice, and renew the domain thereafter. Be very very careful when dealing with this company. This company changes your website without you knowing and then fraudulently takes money off your account without you knowing or consenting to anything. Never use them. It's happened twice and affects business, reputation and on top of that a hefty sum of money is fraudulently taken off your account

Good day. After being years with this website supplier I am now glad to not use their service anymore. From agents who is unhelpful to IT personel who clearly dont know how to do their job. As i did change stuff on my website they couldnt help me with what i wanted to do or didnt understand what needs to be done. (Email and phone number changed) long story short i told them i will start making payment again. Then they go and deduct more money more than what they were supposed to then the debit order didnt go thru and i have to pay extra fees(!). The email they used for notifications only the very rude and unhelpful lady told me its my responsibility (!) will know where she got that one as my email is and was still the same from day 1. They cancelled my website but now but use it for their own private advertising station. So in short services up to ****.

I would like to start off by thanking Wendy (Kwikwap Agent) for her care about my financial stress and problems, in her review on Hello Peter. I will look into this accusation, as I am an Accountant and make sure I do not spend money on website companies, that is clearly out on ripping off clients. You are not willing to refund the monies paid to you, due to me cancelling the verbal agreement - as I was not satisfied with the bad service. You keep referring to a "contract" and that I need to read the "contract" - but up until today I have not received anything from you. Nothing was signed - everything was verbal. Due to the fact that I have now requested a refund, you are willing to spread lies and rumors (financial problems, bad quality videos - which I was never informed of etc) , to try and justify your actions, instead of just admitting that you have done absolutely nothing for me and have decided to keep my money. Yes, after all these problems and bad services I tried to get hold of the Co- founder and CEO Mr Eduard Marais of Kwikwap and also sent him an email - but he also did not have the decency to reply to the mail. Clearly the bad service is accepted by management and pushed through the company from the top. Cleary customer service is not important to him either. I do not have to attack you or the company - I am merely stating the facts. In any case, you can go around and you will hear from several other people that they experienced the same bad service. To clarify another comment of yours. Why will I pay R3500.00 for a 2 page website, when kwikwap clearly advertises, everywhere, that the cost of a website is a mere R2500.00. I was in need of a website, you agreed to render the service of designing the website, we agreed on a price, and some of the funds were paid over to you. You were suppose to provide a service for the funds received, but instead, you were never available telephonically, you did not reply to messages, and the few times that I spoke to you, you were extremely rude. Due to this, I realised that there was no way forward and decided to cancel the agreement. I also requested a refund, as no work was done to date. Now you want to jump up and down because I wrote a review on Hello Peter. It is very sad that you have to stoop so low and insult me, but I suppose that it what makes you feel good. I will never recommend Kwikwap to anyone. There are several website companies out there, eager to do business - at the same price. I have now wasted a lot of valuable time that I could have spent building my business.

Yes I feel customer pain Kwikwab NOT INPRESS WITH THE SERVICE Pretoria Rep or Consultant don't no how to work with Customer or to speak to them Head office don't care, Rep or Consultants are right, I am so disappointed in the company Kwikwap, Few years back good services but know so disappointed There are positive news, other service providers Requirement WordPress or other service provider

They somehow create fake direct debit contracts and take money from my bank account without my permission. When I contact them they pass me around and promise to get someone to contact me but then nothing happens. I since went to the bank to try and stop them and had to pay the bank to stop the payments. About a week later they again took money from my account anyway.
