Good day would like to send a bad review to CIPC for a director change i am struggling with for 2 months now! Customer had passport but we are updating to ID but all i get the whole time is "home affairs is offline please try again later" Please note that i have been trying different times different days even different browsers but still the same issue. I have contacted their "management" team where we had a team's meeting and even that didn't help and this after i send a mail PLUS screenshots of my problem. I keep on sending them mails but no one gets back to me now. Saying i must check with home affairs as the ID is wrong which we did and can confirm the ID is correct. How does one solve this really pathetic service one is getting now from CIPC? Why are there "directors" but they don't know what they are doing? I am done asking and will keep on posting bad reviews until my problem is solved because the problem is NOT with us it's a glitch on THEIR SYSTEM!!!!
I can tell you books about the unfriendly pathetic service one gets from COIDA. Its mandatory to register your workers and the tenders requires you to have a 99 number, but the service is the most pathetic i got from a government institution. I deal with the unfortunately on a daily basis and unless you go to their offices and throw you toys NOTHING GETS DONE!. I have my first encounter when i registered a customer in 2023 but according to coida we need to pay for workmans for years 2021/2022 lol THE BUSINESS WAS NOT EVEN OPEN YET!! Long story short, customer agreed to pay the outstanding fees of 42k?? Recently i got 2 businesses 1 is a change of nature and one is a new registration, both i have been struggling to get done since August 2024 and every time i must hear phone back in 5 to 7 days or phone back in 21 days. We are entering the new year and still it's not done?? Is there a not a class summons we can throw at coida or something? not someone who we can complain to who can fix this service? But i guess it's like that for most government institutions pathetic service!
#capitecmustfall Good day what a very awful experience i received from Capitec yesterday!!! Capitec is not for disabled bodies even though they advertise for that. I am with Capitec for years now, no bad experience or nothing until the 14th Of January when I logged into my app. Wanted to make a payment and guess what.... their new "security" update is UP TO ****!!! I cant make a payment as I need a "selfie" my problem is this, my phone is not compatible with this "selfie" ****. Phoned customer care, ok I need to register for internet banking. Ok did that, cant complete it as my phone is not QR compatible!. So back to taking a "selfie" being VISUALLY IMPAIRED I must take off my glasses to take a "selfie" I cant see how to take a "selfie" without my glasses. Went to my nearest capitec (which is 50km one way) threw my toys (not embarrassed to admit it as the consultant was not helpful!) and the manager came to me, and I told him my scenario, His answer just buy a new cellphone!! It doesn't help me BUYING A NEW CELLPHONE IF I CANT SEE HOW TO TAKE A SELFIE???????So I went to all the other banks, and they ONLY TAKE A SELFIE WHEN YOU REGISTER AND NOT FOR ALL THE TRANSACTIONS LIKE CAPITEC. if you cant take a selfie they do it at the bank. So now I have an app I cant use, I have internet banking I cant activate and I have a bank account I cant do payment or anything with as I need a "selfie" and best of all i must drive 50 KM ONE WAY TO GO TO THE BANK AND HAVE THEM DO IT FOR ME!!! Gues where i will be sending my invoice to for this inconvenience until I open another account at another bank. # CAPITEC MUST FALL # CAPITEC NOT FOR DIABLED PEOPLE # CAPITEC CUSTOMER SERVICE UP TO **** # DO NOT SUPPORT CAPITEC
Plz people don't ever get yourself listed with debt help from Polokwane. Its the most useless *********** bunch of people I have come across in my life. Apparently I was placed under debt review from them in 2014. Have not paid anyone no company listed from them nor themselves. Now when I app**** for a bank account in 2023 the bank says I am under debt review from them. I have no documentation, no judgment from anyone, not even debt help, the companies listed aren't even on my credit profile. When asking about it they keep on saying "paid up letters" or "prescribed letters"(prescribed letters doesn't exist) and today 27/10/2023 I receive a letter from debt help that my credit application was REJECTED! but I am still on debt review. I have notified NCR and the legal board about this unfair ******** practice. The lady "helping" is so useless and ***********, as i asked for documentation and to date NOTHING. Only that i was rejected as per the last letter from her but i am STILL UNDER DEBT REVIEW!!
Please don't ever use capitec business banking for any business related things. As I am with capitec savings, I thought it well to use capitec business for the business side of it. Its now 3 months later. I don't have a working internet banking profile, nor can I use my app nor am I able to get cards (virtual I am supposed to use) now I must get another selfie after sending so much already???? I am really not happy with the service I am getting from Capitec business banking. From Thandeka (who according to the supervisor is doing her job! ) LOL to people not helping and getting send from one person to the next. Its been 3 months now and I am closing my account (which was not operational. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND DONT EVERU USE THIS SERVICE FROM CAPITEC BUSINESS BANKING ITS A JOKE AND A CIRCUS
Good day. After being years with this website supplier I am now glad to not use their service anymore. From agents who is unhelpful to IT personel who clearly dont know how to do their job. As i did change stuff on my website they couldnt help me with what i wanted to do or didnt understand what needs to be done. (Email and phone number changed) long story short i told them i will start making payment again. Then they go and deduct more money more than what they were supposed to then the debit order didnt go thru and i have to pay extra fees(!). The email they used for notifications only the very rude and unhelpful lady told me its my responsibility (!) will know where she got that one as my email is and was still the same from day 1. They cancelled my website but now but use it for their own private advertising station. So in short services up to ****.
Good day The worst service from a credit provider in a long time. I have been trying 7 times this morning 26/08/2019 to try and resolve a issue i have on my credit report. When i go onto my credit report it shows that i have companies which is not showing on the side of transunion. I phoned 7 times already trying to resolve this being send from one persin to the next only to be cut off and then have to start again with id no and security questions. Not being able toget anywhere. So now i given up. Really. I originally contacted them on 05 august got a ticket numbet. Nothing resolved. And please dobt try to phone them !!!! Like i said 7 times in one morning and my issue still has not been resolved. Worst customer care ever !!
Good day. I have been contacted by The Unlimited. Done all the "paperwork" they start deducting monies from my account. After numerous requests for my policy documentation nothing received do I cancelled my debit order and blocked them now I see that I have a bad credit rating from them? For non payment. Please dont use them they are the biggest scammers alive. Even now trying to get someone to take down my bad credit listing not unsuccessfull. Sies!
Good day I got in contact with miway insurance as a service provider. Firstly all went smooth, then they accused you of being unethical and then you have to "pay back" certain prices which they said was ok and agreed upon. Now they cant even let you know you are not a service provider anymore. They just cut off all correspondence to you. That is not ethical. Dont be a service provider with miway. Huge mistake
