Fraudulant debit order from Straton VH
So i received an SMS saying on 20 March 2018 form this number ********** 873 "Your MBS247 R126.69 debit will run 25 Mar 2018 sold by Straton ********** 093 ref STRATONVH0STR ********** ********** 325.Respond for help" I dont even know who this company is or what product they are selling, where on earth they got my number or bank details, I phoned them and their number takes me to voice mail. The debited my account without authorizing that. This is ridiculous and fraudulent.

Scam and a very useless cover that BMW make their clients to take with SMARTUMA.
I only realized i have this dent and scratches cover with this Smart UMA insurance, I have always been paying for dents, scratches and Windscreen chips on my car unaware that i have cover with them. As soon as i realized the cover I called them to make a claim and send them a quotation with pictures of my damages. I went to an approved BMW penalbeater that they gave its details to me for a quotation and sent it to them. Now they forcing me to give them pictures of the whole car and i should provide with other quotations for other damages which i dont have anymore. They pushing hard for the quotation to be over R3000 so that it be rejected because their limit is R3000 per claim. They now rejecting my claim because they want other pictures to show them that I dont have other damages on my car. I'm feeling been ripped off and they running this insurance of them to rip people off.
