Completely useless customer service. I was sent the completely wrong item, I notified them the next day and within another day they sent a courier to collect the incorrect item. Then crickets. They said they were looking into it and would get back to me. Once again nothing. Tried calling any emailing. I would dealing with someone call Zinhle. She really should not be doing customer support as she offers no support at all. Still waiting to be contacted on when I will received the item I paid for.
I have just signed up with Dotsure so I cannot comment on the actual products and claim process for my pets but I was dealt with in a very professional manner by Marizel Bernardo. Everything was clearly communicated to me and I was gotten back to promptly, giving me more confidence over the competitors.
Unfortunately it seems to be a scam. Alison Treml and Lisa Treml are who I dealt with. I paid for a license and never received it. Messages/emails etc are not responded to. Avoid at all costs and don’t get caught out like I did!
If you are looking to get an extended warranty on your vehicle, avoid Motorvaps. Unfortunately as one can see from other reviews they will do their utmost to pay as little of your claim as possible irrespective of what cover you might have taken with them. After a crazy amount of arguing I managed to get a third of my bill paid. Their policy wording is such that they have many loopholes to be be able to pay as little as possible. They are also very quick to cite the "wear and tear" clause, even if it is a clear part failure and not wear and tear. I was told that they had emailed me, and that one of the senior managers was on his way to inspect the damage at the mechanic, but none of this was true. It is not worth the hassle, rather opt for a professional company that you know you will have adequate cover with. I am sure I will get the standard response below to contact their complaints department, and that this is the wrong forum, but I would rather post on here and let people know that your money is better spent elsewhere.
Tried to get a tumble dryer repaired. They collected it, said they would revert with costs to repair as it needed a pc board, then just never heard from them again. No matter how many times we called they said they would call us back but never did. Finally went to social media and contacted Samsung and miraculously I was called a few hours later to say the part had arrived and they where ready to deliver. The cost of repair almost doubled before they would return it. This took almost 3 months. Incredible. Why would Samsung use them as their repair agents. The owner really didnt seem to care.
