Worst company I have dealt with in years. Crazy that Samsung uses them. Surely it's damaging for their brand.
Tried to get a tumble dryer repaired. They collected it, said they would revert with costs to repair as it needed a pc board, then just never heard from them again. No matter how many times we called they said they would call us back but never did. Finally went to social media and contacted Samsung and miraculously I was called a few hours later to say the part had arrived and they where ready to deliver. The cost of repair almost doubled before they would return it. This took almost 3 months. Incredible. Why would Samsung use them as their repair agents. The owner really didnt seem to care.0 replies
