Be very carefull when investing your money with Old Mutual. I have never in my life struggled so much for assistance. I am SO mad at this company. I have been trying for months now to access my existing unit trust that they "cannot" find. Sold me a product under false pretence where i am only losing money! Would have been better to join a reputable company. Not some **** with *********** brainless staff. Worts desicion of my life! Be VERY carefull to do ANY bisiness with Old Mutual!
Beware of this company! do not sign up with them!!!! i have cancelled my subscription with them in 2022 November. Via telephone aswell as email adress. They are still deducting money from my account. The problem is after contacting them to end my subscription it seem like they have a system in place to continue debiting money from your account and you cannot contact them anymore i have tried phoning them hundreds of times aswell as sending emails to no avail. If i block the debit order on my account they simply create a new debit order and deduct the money. This is truly a criminal syndicate. Can you imagine if they do this to 1000 people the amount of money they would have stolen over a period of 3 months?? And i promise you they know you wont take this further because who will fight for R180 right? CRIMINALS!!!!!!!
DO NOT SIGN UP WITH RAIN INTERNET PROVIDERS!!! it has been more than a month now that my company has had no internet assess! The lightning damaged my router more than 30 days ago. I reported the issue to rain almost 100 times. They never got back to me or assisted to help me. I phoned multiple times where they promised to replace the router to no avail! Today i received a message that rain would de deducting the monthly payment on the 23rd of this month 2 days in advance. Well guess what rain, good luck with that one you can go to hell!!! Be very careful when signing up with Rain internet providers. Its all good when they want to take your money but the after sales service is horrible. The lightning damaged my company router 3 weeks ago ON THE 16TH OF NOVEMBER and despite numerous phone calls for assistance i have just been ignored. No one has contacted me to assist me. Every day it cost me extra to have internet at my company. I will be charged at the end of January to pay for a service that i dont recieve, For support i dont recieve. I am very mad and dissapointed! rain is an absolute joke and does not care about its customers. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH RAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! #RAINSEPUSH
I have been in contact with customer care daily, with a certain issue i desperately need assistance with. In January I upgraded my contract online to a Huawei Nova 8 I with wris****ch. I received the devices on 14/01/2022 with no copy of any paperwork from vodacom. Soon after delivery I realised it was not the Huawei I wanted, and I requested Vodacom to pick up the devices. On 28/01/2022 RAM couriers phoned me and said they were in the area and wanted to pick up the devices which they did. They gave me a copy of the original paperwork. (attached). On 30/01/2022 RAM couriers phoned me again requesting to pick up the devices which they already picked up. From 28 january until 21 february I contacted Vodacom continuously to no avail. You said you did not receive any devices from RAM couriers. I was told to make an affidavit at my closest police station which I did, and I sent it to Vodacom on 22/02/2022. On the same day Vodacom told me the issue has been taken up with the fraud department and is under investigation. They then continued to cancel my contract and said it would take 24 to 72 hours. I Phoned again on the 07/03/2022 and Vodacom said on the system it still shows that the devices need to be fetched. I need to know why am I not receiving the relevant assistance? I need to upgrade my contract and now its not possible. You need to investigate internally because I strongly believe these are individuals in your own company that is responsible for this. The fact that no changes have been made on your system also proves that it is a network of criminal factors within your company. This issue needs to be resolved immediately. Its almost the end of April 2022 and I struggle with you daily for assistance on this matter. Please be vigilant going about doing business with this corrupt and fraudulent entity called Vodacom. If i can advise any existing or potential new client, Rather sign up with a service provider who has your best interest at heart, like MTN or Cellc you will save yourself months of trouble.
Be very careful to fall for the lies of king price insurance. This company had me under false pretense, i was paying for credit shortfall cover on my vehicle insurance policy which they refused to pay me out after my accident. If i knew they were lying i would have made sure i used a better and honest insurance company. The agent that is suppose to assist me with my claim, Elmarie Boshoff refuses to assist me and wants to force me to settle for way less that originally insured for. The threatened to cancell my claim and policy if i did not settle in 48 hours from a givin date. they also accuse me of not having communication with them although i email them alsmost every day without answer. Think before you insure yourself with King Price Insurance, they will leave you in debt through lies and deceit! I stated my case with the ombudsman now so lets see how this will turn out. King price has to settle my credit shortfall.
Absa bank placed a journal entry on my Absa savings account of R20 000 without any prior notice. Absa stole R20 000 out of my accout with was saved up for the birth of my child due in two days!!! I phoned the fraud hotline wich is TOTALLY useless as the person on the other side of the phone doesnt know the differance between his face or his ass. Absa bank is by far the most terrible bank in South-Africa.
