The company I worked for decided to take out an umbrella retirement fund with FNB. I resigned from the company, so I had to claim my retirement contributions. I completed the forms and attached the necessary documents. I asked the broker how long this will take, and she informed me 6 to 8 weeks should the documents be in order. I have now requested a few times for her to verify if the documents are sufficient. I have also asked for a date as to when payment will be made. Since leaving the company I have had zero feedback from her. Last feedback I received was on the 26th of September. I feel that this is completely unprofessional.
First they try and debit my account early after I changed my debit date due to them deducting early. Now they disconnected my account and no feedback. Pathetic service to say the least.
I have now reversed 2 debit orders on my account that was put through before the due date. I contacted Standard Bank yesterday to find out what was going on and was assured my money would reflect today and still nothing. This after I had to continually wait 12 hours to request the reverse in the first place. Why is there even a mandate if it doesn’t get honoured.
This is now the second month that Unifi has defied my debit order mandate. My agreement with them states the 26th of each month as this is my salary date. Not only did they deduct early without me having received my salary as yet, they actually have the cheeck to email me and state that I am behind because I reversed their unauthorized debit order. This after I informed them that they were once again taking chances.
I have never had a issue with my withdrawals. Now all of sudden it is approved but not paid. I queried this and apparently they are having technical issues with FNB. The agent is completely unhelpful as they can't even tell you how long you need to wait for it. This is absolutely pathetic to get the same automated response every time. Why should the customer have to contact the provider to find out what the issues are. They should have contacted me first to explain that there will be delay. Absolutely pathetic customer service.
I logged a ***** case against my account on the 4th of August 2023. I was told it would take 5 to 6 working days to get it sorted as it was a *****ulent transaction on my bank card. My card was stopped, however when I called this morning I was told that they tried to contact me on the 8th to give me an update. I went through my call log no such call was received or missed. I was told that I would get a call this afternoon. Nothing as yet and I desperately need the money back in my account.
I am not impressed with this platform at all. I was contacted by a company promising great opportunities on investments using the fxnet platform. Well I tried it and firstly wasn't that impressed with the brokers, however luckily I didn't loose money. My issue came when I wanted to withdraw my money. I requested the withdrawal of all funds on the 20th of October. I received confirmation on the 24th that my withdrawal has been approved and processed and that any additional money I made will be paid into my bank account. After 3 days with no money coming in I followed up. First the customer care agent said that it can take 3 to 5 working days. Then when I asked more questions, all of a sudden there is a error with their IT system and they can't process withdrawals but I am marked as a priority. Apparently I was informed of this, funny that it was only when I asked that I was informed of this. Not other communication was received. Now they will let me know when it is processed. I just need to be patient. PATHETIC!!!! I now handed this over to my lawyer. I am sorry but this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. No truthful communication from them and then trying to lie to me about what is going on. NO FKN WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!
