Usless 3 days of not getting hold of anyone , by the time you do no one can help or give a time line to fix their stuff ups Supersonic is the worst I will highly recomend that you do not use them
Worst ever.as a managing agent stay away After sending proof of payments how many times. Nothing gets allocated and then one gets told you are in arears. Doesnt matter how many time one send proof . Also allemails gets ignored
I purchased a ford ranger 3.0 tdci from just carz in Vanderbijlpark in Feb 2017. i bought the car with a service history as was told to me after deal was done and they got the car to me i noticed a few things i was not happy with . they came to pick up the car and had to re do the brake system due to a shutter and as i just got the car and one key i was adamant that i wanted the spare and the service books. "we are waiting for it from the previous owner" came the excuse . on good faith i let it be and they said they will re do the last service for me. i was happy with that. i got the car back and the brakes were a lot better and always double checking things i even checked that the oil in the car was new(it was) . so that being said i didn't bother them again except for hearing about the spare keys and service books. after a few weeks the response came that the previous owner doesn't have a spare key for the car. and they aren't going to carry the bill for a new one. again this i excepted as the trade in car only had 1 key but full service history with the last service being done a month prior to the trade in. it was the cam belt service that cost me R9000.00 . After a month and a half of owning the car the brakes started to pull the car to the left every time it is applied . I dint let them know as i am also in the motor trade i know what it it like. using my own resources and funds i had it fixes. ( needed new brake discs as the old ones were just "skimmed" ). i also sorted out the wires inside the car for the aftermarkert radio that was in the car when i bought it, again took it on myself . all the while still following up on the service books. after 4 months the car made a horrid noise and lost power. due to today's technology i was able to notify the Salesman and the owner of what was happening. the response came must be a turbo boost pipe that came off (witch it was) and i should only fit it again in its normal position. took it as that and did it but bought a new hose clamp as the old one looked like something from a junk yard. again asked for the service books.... this time i was told the previous owner also doesn't have the service book. I asked them to then order me a new service book and owners manual . then radio silence . after a few days the sales guy got back to me after i had to ask again with he will sort it out just give him time. this was in end of june. again they went silent . so here is the the thing. from taking delivery middle of Feb to as of date 27/10/2017 i still have no service book. as well as the car broke down with my wife using it on the 3/10/2017 grand total of owning it 7 and a half months and only 7980km later. this happened at 40kmph in peak time traffic. turned out the cam belt service was never done and judging by the condition of it never replaced in its life. so broke the teeth off almost half the belt . i again phoned them up. and explained from the get go the car broke down and had to be towed back to our house. the salesman's words to me were chat to the owner he is sure he will understand and help. again asked for the service history as well as my books? nothing has been done. no books. best of all now i was told the previous owner serviced the car himself. now i am really not happy and sent them an invoice for what a new cam belt kit will cost also letting them know as the belt didn't snap and only broke the teeth off there is a 50/50 chance that everything in the motor will be fine. the owner came back to me and pointed out that me 6 month CPA warrantee period is over but will as good faith pay for half of the parts quote of about R3800.00 . again i excepted and hoping that everything is fine. after cam belt kit was fitted and timing set. car struggled to turn over. ( like a flat battery ) . did load test on the battery and found one of the cells dry . so none the less new battery was bought and as it is a item that does give out over time i paid for it with no claim from them. but alas the new battery also wouldn't start the car. now we had to take the tapid cover off to see what the damage was. just by opening the oil filler cap on the motor you can see a rocker that has been broken off completely and laying lose in the head. i took out the one peace to show them that now it is going to get expensive and that i expect them to fix due to the dragging of the whole story about the service history. and that the most cost effectave way to sort it is to send it to an engeneering shop to fix but we are looking at R25 000.00 to R30 000.00. the words came back that i will then have to get my lawer to phone him. he is not helping anymore. so to sum everything up. . bought car in mid February . had to sort out brakes and wires on my own account due to my own good will. . turbo pipes i had to sort out myself . finally found out that car doesn't have a service history but that they see self service as a service history . . now i am sitting with a car that needs a complete engine head unit to be re done and no assistance from Just Carz at all because i am out of my CPA warrantee period but the hell with the half truths that i was fed.
