Adidas outlet store-meadowdale 1. I went to the store to purchase clothes on the 34 Dec 2024 and noted that they mislead customers, Item marked as sale but with the same original price. Took a picture however it doesnt give me an option to upload here. 2. On the 2nd Jan 2025 went to return an item got the worst service ever, waited long to be assisted by the manager while he was busy doing other things. While on the wait he still did not assist me on the return because it was return on return bought with payjustnow and he send me back to return to the adidas store I purchased the item did, not even consider my time and petrol.
We had a bad experience here at costlands hotel Durban west with my friends. We booked the place because of what we saw online and was including the meal but when we got there it was something else different We requested to talk to the manager but the staff gave us attitude then they told us that she was attending a metting we waited close to to two hour's before she attended us, Them the staff came and told us that we swap our rooms and went and check the room's it was the same issues the stove oven has grease all over and the bathroom was dirty. We refused to take the roomsroom's. We insisted to talk to the manager and after 1o minutes she came with an attitude told us her name berrita and she didn't even apologise instead she told us that their terms and conditions do allow us to cancell with an attitude and she made an error the stay does not include meal. We explained to her that we not happy about the place we came knowing that our rooms includes meal. we showed her pictures of the rooms and the one on internet we asked her if it's possible to move us to umhlanga will pay the difference You know what she said instead of apologizing or she will make a plan she said to us that their were fully booked at umhlanga with an attitude and left us there.Because we had no other option we accepted the room and went and bought domestos,handyandy to try and clean up the place. At night We tried to clean the place the water was cold we went and complaint to the manager that was on duty during the night At least him had customer service and he apologised on behalf of his staff and called maintenance guys to fix it and then we explained to him about our check in situation and he said the lady gave us false name her real name is nomqebo and he promised that they will sort it out the following day. we asked for the dishclothe and he told us to leave everything room service will take care of everything in the morning but we came back in the afternoon they cleaned the floor but dishes were not washed our friend were promised to move them to another room but they keep on saying people will check out the following day. we still have two more days to sleep in we not happy at all about this place it's not hygienic. I took all the pictures but I don't know where to post them.
