GARMIN - Best sport watch company in the world
Say what you want, Garmin is the best sport watch company in the world. I had an issue with the back button on my fenix7, booked in at the garmin hq in Johannesburg, they could see the watch is still under warrantee, they replaced it with a brand new watch - no questions asked or hassles - straight forward. This is what a company does that believes in their product!

great service, fast, efficient and understanding, a people's insurance comapny
Great understanding people, very fast and safe to deal with - they were very accommodating and the company they recommended for the phone replacement, was exceptional in service and constant updates. this experience was truly 1st class - kudos to everyone involved!

Why is there a legal hold on my account? I cant upgrade!
I cant upgrade, the consultant at retentions department says I cant upgrade because there is a legal hold on my account! WHAT? where? I know for certain that the account has been paid the last three months. please remove the legal status so that i can upgrade!
