Their technical service is good... BUT The financial administration is pathetic and aggressive with no client service!!! They don't have the decency to ask for a POP but instead send aggressive, threatening letters to their clients within 24 hours of the last day of payment!!!
Extremely poor waitressing - extremely slow, unfriendly, and unprofessional !!!!! Waited 30 minutes for a coffee, rock shandy, and milkshake - just to be told after 30 minutes that they can't find the soda water to make the rock shandy. Waited another 30 minutes for our salads..... extremely disappointed in the presentation (it was not the chef) it was the kitchen staff dishing it up that showed no respect for the client ...... salad looked as if it was thrown into the corner of the plate. After indicating to the waitress our disappointment the manager did not see it fit to come and hear us out - but sent the chef!!!! This is an example of a restaurant no longer caring about its clients.
