Beware of Brand New vehicles with major defects sold by Cmh Gwm Pinetown. Gwm Pinetown...the biggest *******. Zero aftersales support from management. My Gwm Tank 300 is brand new Dec25 but defective. I noticed paint defects and suspension noises within a week of having the vehicle. Notified the dealership but their workshop was closed for the festive period so I had to wait for Jan 26. Their solution for paint defects on roof/bonnet/rear panel is to buff out, touch up or respray a brand new vehicle which will ultimately lower the value Their solution for the suspension is to "put sleeving on the suspension springs" aka a garden hose and insist it's a dealer approved repair. I wish this app allowed me to share the images I escalated to Gwm SouthAfrica customer care which doesn't seem to have made any difference thus far because they are awaiting feedback from Cmh Gwm Pinetown. Gwm Pinetown manager Johan basically told us we need to now deal with Gwm customer care and not Cmh pinetown even though we purchased the vehicle there. In top of being treated so unfairly, we are paying for a vehicle we don't have in our possession and paying for related Uber costs.
My husband Mark was admitted to medical ICU at Life Mount Edgecombe Hospital for an extremely low heart rate and High BP on 11/09/2022 after going to the ER in the early hours of that morning with severe back pain. The resident cardiologist, Dr A. Naicker was called in to consult and treat Mark. A series of tests were done, a CT angiogram via Jackpersad and partners, blood tests by Lancet and a heart stress test by Dr A. Naicker. Mark was discharged by Dr A. Naicker in the afternoon on 12/09/2022 with the same vital stats he was admitted for on 11/09/2022 with anti inflammatory meds but nothing for his high cholesterol and BP or advice on how to proceed. We were shocked and went to our Gp Dr P. Pillai for a follow up consult because Mark was still feeling unwell. He was equally surprised at Marks discharge so he suggested a follow up consultation with a Cardiologist and made our appt for the 05/10/2022. On 14/09/2022 Mark was rushed to the ER at Life Westville hospital with chest pains where he was immediately admitted for low heart rate of 40 to 45 bpm and a high BP of 151/101. The resident Cardiologist Dr Duze ran new tests as well as requested Marks patient files from Life Mount Edgecombe Hospital and was shocked to discover Marks discharge within a day from Life Mount Edgecombe Hospital based on the stats recorded during his stay there. Dr Duze immediately scheduled a Coronary Angiogram on 15/09/2022 and found that Marks right coronary artery had a 78% blockage. Dr Duze performed an angioplasty and within that day we saw Marks heart rate increase and pressure decrease. Mark was discharged on Sat 17/09/2022 with drastically improved vitals and medication to manage his condition. Please explain how Life Mount Edgecombe Hospital misdiagnosed and discharged my husband in a day with poor vitals and a life threatening condition! What would have happened if Mark did not present with chest pains and decide to go to Life Westville hospital for treatment. Someone need to be held accountable for this clear case of Medical malpractice!
WHY DOES A LIFE THREATENING CONDITION REQUIRE A WAITING PERIOD FOR TREATMENT AUTHORIZATION. 11/09/2022 My husband was admitted to Mount Edgecombe hospital medical ICU after an Er visit where for a low heart rate and high BP were noted. His bloods tests showed elevated levels of CHD markers. 12/09/2022 After a clear CT angiogram he was discharged a without any treatment for the low heart rate, high BP and CHD markers. 13/09/2022 We go to our network Gp at Greenbury medical centre for a referral to a cardiologist for a follow up because we recieved zero take home medicinal treatment or lifestyle advise from Mt Edgecombe hospital. 14/09/2022 His persistant chest pains forced us to seek Er medical care at Westville Hospital where he was promptly admitted for the same low heart rate and high BP. The cardiologist assigned to his treatment wants to perform a Coronary angiogram for conclusive results because further tests and assessments of my husband's chest pain indicate coronary artery blockages that a CT angiogram may have missed. 15/09/2022 WHY is my husband still waiting a for the procedure authorization in this life threatening circumstance? WHY do we have to motivate for this procedure? DOES MY HUSBAND NEED TO HAVE A HEART ATTACK BEFORE HIS CONDITON IS TAKEN SERIOUSLY BY DISCOVERY MEDICAL HEALTH!
You guys deserve a zero at this point. Your call centre is an absolute waste. Long waiting periods with no answer, then you're told to leave a message and you will be called back. I'm still waiting to be called back after leaving 2 messages. The agent I did reach said I can expect a call from a technician to install units on the 2 new business vehicles. I asked for a Ref no and was told there isn't one. Given a number to call back...no surprise...I'm still waiting. My vehicle insurer has given me 7 days to have a unit fitted and this is day 3...I've called on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday...with 4 days left...I'm still waiting As for your app, I can't even log in. The app opens, glitches and closes. I even tried uninstalling and re-installing the app twice. I currently have 2 business vehicles I can't track because of this. Tried reaching an agent to assist. No answer. What do you even have a call centre for if your customers can't access help. What am I paying for here. What will the response be in case of hijacking. Will I be asked to leave a messages. I'm trying to be civil but at this point I might as well cancel my 2 contracts, not give you 2 more contracts. Let's see if this review gets your attention...chances are, I'll be left waiting
