Do not take any products with DOTSURE, they do not hold up to their end and they are definitely not efficient. Dont believe everything u hear or read about DOTSURE because it's just a cover up for deceit!
Great service. Always harassing you (In a good way) but this is only because they have outstanding products to offer you. Friendly staff. Ridiculous affordable premiums which is unbelievable but not fabricated. I wont move to another insurer. #DOTSUREFORLIFE
I am absolutely disgusted with the poor service from Honda Sandton. I bought a Honda from this dealership: 10 August 2017, a few minor defects here and there but nothing to cry about but what worries me the most is: How can you put in a request for a new seat belt unit but no one bothers about it, is the seat belt not supposed to protect you and save your life in the event of an accident? But I guess if you looking for a near death experience buy a car from Honda. They will supply u with a beautiful looking car but seatbelts with weak spots. Also if you looking for the person who supposed to put through the warranty claim. Don't be alarmed when you call in and they tell you "THE PERSON WHO PUT THROUGH YOUR CLAIM DOES NOT WORK HERE ANYMORE" so if I had to die due to a weak seatbelt, we will all ignore the fact that no one is responsible for this cause it's just a "BY THE WAY EVENT CAUSE EVERYONE DIES SOMETIMES" also 2 months ago after my 35000kms service, I was told my brakes were 75%. When I started hearing strange noises. I took it back to Honda Sandton, asked them to check it out but I was told that the brakes is fine and sometimes these noises come and go. That was the exact same time I put in the warranty claim for the seat belt. And when I called in again, Belinda stated that the warranty claims consultant is no longer available and the guy who advised me about the brakes also left the company.......So now if I die because of this bad service. I will not be available to air my views because just like the Honda Sandton consultants I will also not be available. This is really a ****py situation and I need someone to sort it out. Also if you looking for a safe car. Rather not go to Honda cause the service is horrific and the consultants are invisible.
If you want horrific service from this service provider, contact the following people from Huawei customer service: John Amet (agent) Charmaine Mapping (escalations) Bongani Dlamini (Supervisor) After a month of getting no service from Huawei Melrose arch, i moved on to their customer service helpline where i got the most dense service imaginable. I booked in my phone on the 08/09/2017. Got the emails on the 24/09/2017, accepted the quote via email. Went to their store in Melrose Arch on the 27/10/2017 thinking my phone is ready for pick up. Only to find out that they havent recieved the any confirmation. And then i had to deal with one of their staff members who just looks blank. Then the supervisor had to accept the quote on our behalf (which tells me theres alot of delays) but still no assistance from them. I then call their customer service unhelpful line. Got no service cause theres no one comptent enough to assist me and further more supervisors and management knocks off by 5pm and dont work weekends. I gave them a weekend break. No calls on Monday 31/10/2017 I called in again on Monday No help once again. I called in Tuesday 01/11/2017 No help again I called in on Wednesday spoke to Antonio Silver 02/11/2017 No help ONCE AGAIN! Oh and not forgetting, if u take the phone to the store. You get a quote. Then if u reject the quote u pay a rejection quote fee? Ooooookay so whos paying me for the phone calls i made to their customer service centre? All i want to know is why was i not told that my phone was sitting there for a month without any contact. And when im getting my phone back so i can take it to a much more reliable soucre!!!!!!!!!! Wanna bet if i went to samsung, i wouldnt be wasting my time sitting and complaining about them on hello peter??????????? Huawei? YOUR SERVICE SUCKS! Please can i have my broken phone back so i can take it to a phone technician who can provide a much more superior service from a small little shop than a "SO CALLED WELL RENOWNED" service provider like yourself! If anyone calls me regarding this query. Be prepared cause i highly doubt you will be able to stop me from presentating my case about your PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!
