To Whom it may concern Incorrect Pizza delivered. On 24/04/2018, I ordered a half&half pizza (thought this to be such a brilliant idea). I made this purchase online for delivery, as it is always most convenient to order online having never to deal with someone over the phone. Unfortunately, as much as I love ordering online as it is supposed to be hassle free, it was a complete disaster!!! Seeing as we do not partake in the eating of any "meat" , we ordered a small pizza for the person that does eat it, and a large half and half Veg pizza(Red Hot Veggie + 3 Cheese) for the rest. Seeing as this was left at the reception, when we did collect to eat, the half&half Veg pizza, had chicken. The 3 cheese pizza was fine but we definitely did not get the "Red Hot Veg" but got some other chicken option we have NEVER seen before. Upon phoning the branch at which this was purchased, we had to go through a call centre, only to have to tell my story 3 different times to 3 different people. How hard can it be to fix a mistake? The bottom line is that we received the incorrect order and just needed the correct one. Nobody could assist in this regard, one lady actually asked for a picture of the pizza? Great customer service definitely does not consist of multiple transfers, through different channels, nor does it consist of a less than eager person assisting on the other side of the phone. Customer service is about giving customers what they want, when they want it, in the best possible way. If your business provides good customer service, you have a greater chance of keeping and increasing your customer base. Research indicates that it costs up to 10 times as much to attract a new customer as it does to keep an existing customer. Rest assured, that Debonair's Norwood will not be getting business from myself or my colleagues. I do have pictures should one require it. I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem. Hi Team Referring to my order (470-02/11/2 ********** 6) of the 02/11/2017 , I am sad to be typing this complaint, as today was the day my colleagues and i decided to have our cheat meals after months of dieting... Unfortunately our choice of food was Mcdonald's (biggest regret ever!!!!!!!!) ... Due to you guys promoting the app ( convenience & efficiency) , i decided to order via the app ... All well and good, i complete the order at 12.25 .... Expected time of delivery 12:40 . (glad to know when we can expect delivery at a certain time, as the food was most urgently wanted, due to the fact that we were all attending a meeting at 2:00). Tracking the order on the website is an utter waste of time,we resorted to phoning the call centre at 1.05 to track the order. The lady on the phone was helpful enough to call the driver , and she confirmed that he was en route but delivering to other clients first. This was promised within a certain time, and were already put to considerable inconvenience with the long delay and running around trying to find where our meal was. We phone a second time (13.40) as the lady on the phone advised we should call back if the food has not been delivered (please check your calls as this should be recorded), we then got through to another lady(Mosibundi) , who was most unhelpful and could not call the driver to confirm). Meeting began at 2:00, at 2:10 i was called out to come and fetch what should have been lunch! Cool drink all spilled over!Fries Cold!!!! And lets save the best for last.... A tiny almost microscopic hair in my burger. This is simply not the kind of service i expected from you guys....I am extremely disappointed and unfortunately for you we work in a massive office space in which the whole floor heard about the horrible experience with you guys, in addition , as in this case the goods were wanted as soon as possible, we particularly stipulated intended for prompt delivery. We need to really insist upon greater promptitude with regard to deliveries. Otherwise we will likely be compelled to place our orders with others who is going to and will give delivery with the stipulated time. Thanking you. Yours faithfully
