The worst customer service ever, 1st i asked for help numerous times and no one was keen to help me, when i finally got someone she assisted me in redeeming my Mc app points however the order didn't go through meanwhile my 5000 points shows redeemed on my app amd app histroy i then show the lady, who called the manager to assist and the manager days to me as customer that i was supposed to be done that way! But i am just a client how am i supposed to know i mean thats why i asked for help. She then says just use your cash and forget about the points...... Like how do u tell a customer something like that She said she doesn't have a solution i must just buy amd get done since i am in a hurry otherwise i must wait for 30min. I lost my points, didn't get my food and got the worst customer service ever

Afternoon. I have been to Mcdonald's (Table View, Cape Town) numerous of time. But on the 3 separate occasions nobody assisted me. The first time I had gone in and ordered medium chilli cheese fries, drove back home 2 pieces of short black hair in it. The second time around(note the drive thru closes at 22h00) at 21h00 was waiting in the drive thru got to the speaker around 21h15 nobody had said anything to me and waited 25 minutes before I got told they were closed and not taking orders. And finally the Third time same thing happened but had gotten to McDonald's at 20h50, they would not assist me at all. They close at 22:00. The Management had a terrible attitude, and ignored me and my questions. Thanks on the I had not cooked meals on all 3 nights due to load shedding. First why advertise saying you close at 22:00 when. You don't assist anyone and close before the time, secondly you really need to train your staff better.

The bad service I got at McDonald's Kempton Park just for a jalapeño sauce was not a good experience. McDonald's Kempton I want my money for that jalapeño sauce because I paid for it separately and I was told that it is out of stock, I asked for my money back but the lady who was helping me with my order asked me "manje uthi Mina ngenzeni?" then she went to the kitchen and came back with a small cup with jalapeño sauce, I refused to take it and asked for my money back but she just ignored me and continued with other customers. I separately ordered the jalapeño sauce so I want my money for that jalapeño sauce.

Hi Team Referring to my order (470-02/11/2 ********** 6) of the 02/11/2017 , I am sad to be typing this complaint, as today was the day my colleagues and i decided to have our cheat meals after months of dieting... Unfortunately our choice of food was Mcdonald's (biggest regret ever!!!!!!!!) ... Due to you guys promoting the app ( convenience & efficiency) , i decided to order via the app ... All well and good, i complete the order at 12.25 .... Expected time of delivery 12:40 . (glad to know when we can expect delivery at a certain time, as the food was most urgently wanted, due to the fact that we were all attending a meeting at 2:00). Tracking the order on the website is an utter waste of time,we resorted to phoning the call centre at 1.05 to track the order. The lady on the phone was helpful enough to call the driver , and she confirmed that he was en route but delivering to other clients first. This was promised within a certain time, and were already put to considerable inconvenience with the long delay and running around trying to find where our meal was. We phone a second time (13.40) as the lady on the phone advised we should call back if the food has not been delivered (please check your calls as this should be recorded), we then got through to another lady(Mosibundi) , who was most unhelpful and could not call the driver to confirm). Meeting began at 2:00, at 2:10 i was called out to come and fetch what should have been lunch! Cool drink all spilled over!Fries Cold!!!! And lets save the best for last.... A tiny almost microscopic hair in my burger. This is simply not the kind of service i expected from you guys....I am extremely disappointed and unfortunately for you we work in a massive office space in which the whole floor heard about the horrible experience with you guys, in addition , as in this case the goods were wanted as soon as possible, we particularly stipulated intended for prompt delivery. We need to really insist upon greater promptitude with regard to deliveries. Otherwise we will likely be compelled to place our orders with others who is going to and will give delivery with the stipulated time. Thanking you. Yours faithfully

On 20 Oct2017 at 10H00 i went to McDonald's in Rosmead ave in western cape ,close to wynberg,i ordered a plaas breakfast,i was unhappy with the small portion of fries,i went to the lady who served me,she then said i must pay the difference to get more fries,to my surprise,it reflect on my receipt that ive paid for an egg which i did not receive.instead of explaining or apoligise the manager were rude and unprofessional,she later said they did a favor to me,which i cannot recall asking for a favor.i also dont no how many ppl pay for stuff they didn't get.i didnt no who to turn to for assistance,i then decide to turn to hello peter,thank you for solving many other clients difficulties.i look fwd to your feedback.

<p>We bought a meals with coldrinks and a milkshake, asked for no ice and on our way realised that there's ice and went back and told the lady who was calling out orders about our issue her first answer was its very busy and there's a lot of coldrinks on the table and she won't have that time to check which ones doesn't have ice and we asked her to pour us another one and she then changed her face and started talking in her language (tshivenda) in a rude way and on top of that she didn't give us straws for our c olddrinks and milkshakes. As for the meal this is the worst I've ever had in McDonald's especially the chips it's like they where in the oil for less that 2minutes as they still raw.</p>
