Irritated by such customer service

The worst customer service ever, 1st i asked for help numerous times and no one was keen to help me, when i finally got someone she assisted me in redeeming my Mc app points however the order didn't go through meanwhile my 5000 points shows redeemed on my app amd app histroy i then show the lady, who called the manager to assist and the manager days to me as customer that i was supposed to be done that way! But i am just a client how am i supposed to know i mean thats why i asked for help. She then says just use your cash and forget about the points...... Like how do u tell a customer something like that

She said she doesn't have a solution i must just buy amd get done since i am in a hurry otherwise i must wait for 30min. I lost my points, didn't get my food and got the worst customer service ever
