Hi All, I hope this email find you well. I have huge problem with Bradlows which I have logged more than 5th queries with regards to my problem without assistance. Brought a fridge and Microwave on account on the 17.10.2020 at Greenacres was assisted by Nombasa who have refused to give me a copy of my contract when I left the store after the deal was concluded but kept asking me to sign thou not aware what I’m signing. I have been writing and call the branch to assist me get a copy of contract since then with no success I sent my mother since I reside outside Pe to go get a copy on the 21.10.2020 and they promised to send the contract via email and nothing was sent, then decided to call and spoke to Manager by the name of Godfrey to send me the contract before the product gets delivered also my attempt was a no success. On the 03.11.2020 they sent me a copy of the contract which I have picked up that it is different with what I was explained and signed for at the shop I then decided to go to the shop to have contract fixed without success instead a branch manager insulted me in front of other clients then I opt for the contract being cancelled and get the refund and they collected the products. This matter remain unsolved and when I call the store the manager doesn’t want to speak to me or is rude to me. i have returned their product they have been doing a run around with my refund up until today i havent got anything.

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>Every month im suppose to get free meal voucher, data, movie and travel voucher if i maintain a possitive balance on my account my account is always on a positive balance now my issue evermonth i get issued with qrong expired vouchers this month i retrieve a voucher for meal on the 01 march till today i haven't received it, i have email Deborah the manager on friday as per usual i haven't yet received response from her.please assist</p>
