I called Vodacom call centre on sunday as i was not able to connect to my fibre I spoke to Lumka who was not able to assist requested to speak to a team leader i was advised that Pam will call me back and I never received the call, Yesterday i called again I spoke to Kyle also couldn't assist i was advised again that a Team Leader by the name of Davey will call me back which again i did not receive the call. Today I call called again as I am still not able to connect to my fibre spoke to Sino who told me that my line is deleted and there is nothing she can do to assist , requested to speak to a senior person i was advised that Pam will call me back and then Sino dropped the line on me as i was advising that i know I will not receive a call from Pam. I am really disappointed with how the issue is handled, each consultant will tell you their own story so that they can release the call from their side. There is no empathy or putting customers first.
I am highly disappointed with the service of pedros ...... I ordered my meal during lunch time around 12 :27 at Pedro Kine but I never received the order because the driver went to the wrong address and they cancelled my order, now I have to call the store regarding my refund. When I call the store they keep on dropping the call or talk to each other while I am on the call, this is the highest form of disrespect and unprofessional. This is by far the worst service I have ever received from any store My order order number is 96561874
I went to KFC Gandhi square bought twister meal, the twister had only one tiny Chicken strip. I am eating a roti bread and sweet chilli. KFC standard changes based on where you are, aren't their standard suppose to be the same everywhere.
I have a fibre contract of R299 but they have been debiting R599 I have called numerous times with no positive feedback.They tell me that they are unable to amend my profile as the system deleted the contract I have with them and they will not refund the amount they have debited more than our agreement. I spoke to the Consultant by the name Sinothando mngenelwa Date : 18/01/3024 Time : 17:11 she couldn't assist and not even willing to help then referred me to a Supervisor: Sindi / Sino she called, she advised that she will escalate the matter as she is not able to assist on her side, she advised that she will send me ref number via SMS for the escalation even now I am still waiting for the sms and feedback from her, it's over a week with no communication.
I ordered food at pizza hut and never received my order driver advised that he has arrived went out side there was no one and asked him to tell where he is so that I can direct him if he is lost but never replied on that, so he went back with my order, for sure the driver is enjoying my food that I paid. Waiting for my refund from @UberEats
In September they deducted more than they should called twice i was given Ref number and i was supposed to be refunded in October but nothing so today decided to do a follow up a consultant by the name Michael was assisting me did not even wanna hear what i had to say or take the ref that i was given last month but keeps telling me "its unfortunate" and on top of that he place me on hold for more than 20min just to get his team leader on line worse is that he never came back to me he then hangup the phone and when i was placed on hold i was not even told to hold, the tone he was using takes the trophy. They have this bad customer service as they know that no disciplinary action will be taken against them as they rule them self and forgetting that they are damaging the brand that place food on their table.
I ordered a pizza for delivery and after 30min I received a message stating that the order has arrived and went outside the driver was not there I called the debonairs braamfontein the lady by the name of Barbara answered the call took my details and promised to call back which she never did and I had to call her again and she again asked for my details as she hasn't called the driver the first time I called her and now the manager came as rude as hell no wonder the staff talks to customers in that manner, then she gave the driver(Mpumelelo) the phone so that I can direct him then the driver started telling me that I wasted his petrol and if he's coming back what is it that I'm gonna do as this is my fault and I should come up with the solution for this and ontop of that he was shouting at me as if he was talking to his 2 years old child. I have never in my life received the worst service that I received today.
<p>We bought a meals with coldrinks and a milkshake, asked for no ice and on our way realised that there's ice and went back and told the lady who was calling out orders about our issue her first answer was its very busy and there's a lot of coldrinks on the table and she won't have that time to check which ones doesn't have ice and we asked her to pour us another one and she then changed her face and started talking in her language (tshivenda) in a rude way and on top of that she didn't give us straws for our c olddrinks and milkshakes. As for the meal this is the worst I've ever had in McDonald's especially the chips it's like they where in the oil for less that 2minutes as they still raw.</p>
