I am still waiting for couch which I bought more than 2 weeks ago at leather Gallery Decor park North Riding. The salesperson was someone called Andrea, very dishonest person. I had to make a follow up myself to understand what's going and until today I am still waiting for my couch.
They do not want to deliver my order. No communication, nothing at all.
They can not deliver my order as agreed, no phone call, no SMS no nothing! I have been trying to make a follow-up and below is what they are telling me. They are thieves full stop. I need my refund for the premium package. They were supposed to charge me $12 and they mistakenly charged me $144. This is insane!
There was an error on one of the 3 passenger's names on the booking due to the fact that when you are booking their system does not allow you to create space in between the first name and the middle name in case you have one. So Chido B was appearing CHIDOB so they said I must cancel the whole ticket which had 3 passengers of which I did. When it came to the refund they only paid me back R4 614.87 out of the R9 598 that I initially paid. This is despite the fact that after I cancelled the first ticket I booked another one at the same time for exactly the same amount of R9 598. I was so embarrassed to learn that these booking agencies they can rip you off if you are not careful. I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!! On top of all this they told me that to get my refund back I must pay them refund admin of R500 per adult passenger so I had to pay them R1000 for the 2 adults that were on the ticket to get the refund. The refund was only to be paid back after 6 to 8 weeks. This is a shame!!!!
