We placed a order through Uber Eats. We specified on the order that we don't want ANY garnish! They delivered our food full of garnish. We phoned them to replace our food. They said they will and they are sorry they didn't read the comments. We waited an hour. No delivery. When we phoned them, they couldn't recall who we were, after explaining 4 times Karabo said that she didn't had any contact details or an address where the food must be delivered. We asked her should she be the one to ask for that details the first time we phoned as we are under the impression that it should be on their system as they delivered the wrong food to the same address? We asked to speak to the store manager, but apparently the manager are to busy to assist. They kept us on hold for 20 minutes without any solution. Still hadn't asked our address or contact number. PLEASE DON'T USE THEIR SERVICE THEY ARE INCOMPETENT AND I HOPE THE OWNER SEES THIS REVIEW! STEERS LA MONTAGNE
My car were at Gearbox Exchange for more than a week. When I were supposed to collect it they were not done and didn't inform me. Just wanted payment. Wich I did. After I've collected the car all the bolts were not tightened and there were bolts missing. My gears were not working correctly and when I brought the car back had 10000 stories. I've been waiting more than 2 hours and they constantly tell me 10 more minutes. In the 2 hours I've been sitting here there were another complaint and they chased a guy away because they don't inform the clients of a stripping fee, when he refused to pay they chased him away. When you try to talk to them they just say sorry they should have done it correctly but they didn't. Further more they just don't care. I am very dissatisfied with all the staff and owner/ manager of Gearbox Exchange.
