Very dissapointed!!!! Ordered Gifts for Xmas on the 16th December, 2020. Still not delivered. When i ordered the items it only asks you on the app to click current location. I then emailed my full address 3 x times and called 6 -15 times. 3 X CONTACT CELLL NUMBERS ON THE ORDER....SOMEHOW THE COURIER COMPANY DID NOT EVEN CALL. Every time its the couriers that's not responding! WOOLWORTHS you need to get your customer service in order.... and Please dont blame COVID. Well i have had enough, i need my money back so that i can go and buy other gifts! Pathetic, no answer to emails , and no replies. it is now 7 days later and NO PARCEL. TO WHO DO WE ADDRESS THIS ISSUE???????
VAP 60 ..some insurance added to my bill ? Called call centre and was referred to 08252 Ins division. They cant pick up Ins on my Name....so what and Who authorized the money's to be Billed to my account...Waiting for Feedbac****!!
Vodacom blocked my line for no reason. When visiting the store I was advised that the data line linked to my cell line has an outstanding invoice of 8k and this has now blocked my cell line too. The soft block was released on my cell line. My data has had a soft block on it since the onset of the contract. Every month the line becomes unavailable for usage as it reaches limit. How all of a sudden was I able to use a R8000 on data??? Neither the store assistant or the call centre agent I phoned was able go advise me what I used the data on. Best of all is that the ****le that this data line is in was switched early in the month due to me not being able to use it because it was capped. I need clarity on this and proof before Vodacom takes R8000 off my account for something I did not use.
